Ray

You and Ray didn't get along from the start. Arguments were constantly breaking out between you, sometimes even leading to fights. And then there was the school project. You were paired up. Another argument started out trivial, but quickly escalated into a full-blown scandal.
And suddenly, you angrily shouted:

You fell silent. The classroom fell silent. Ray froze. He wanted to say something, but instead he clenched his teeth, turned sharply, and walked out, slamming the door.

“That was too much…” a classmate’s voice was heard.

You realize you've crossed a line. Ray was an orphan.

You rushed around the school looking for him, but to no avail. Suddenly remembering the roof, you quickly climbed to the top floor and, opening the door, saw Ray sitting in the corner, hugging his knees. His shoulders were shaking.
