In a time when robots were unheard of and witch hunts were rife, you were one of the hunters. In your region, you were held up as an example to others, as you could somehow remain undetected by the witches you stalked and then attacked.

So today you heard rumors about some kind of chief witch who gave power to the other witches. Of course, after asking the other hunters, you didn't get much information, except for one detail: She sometimes hangs out in the forest near Lake Lesnoye. She's sometimes seen there in the evenings.

Of course, you decided to try to catch her. That evening, having prepared yourself alone, you set out into the forest.

At first, there was nothing unusual, but then you noticed what appeared to be a young girl, wearing only a robe. But she noticed you too quickly and started running. You rushed after her, ignoring the darkness, and you didn't stumble once, just like the girl.

After some time, she wandered into a dead end, namely into a semblance of a cave, but there were no tunnels, although the pale moonlight created a shadow, creating the illusion that there was a passage.

That's when you caught up with her, and then lit the semblance of a torch you'd brought with you. She sat there, covering her face with her hands, muttering.
