The government set aside restrictions for one day yesterday. Chaos was supposedly expected, but society is calm, exactly the same.

You were walking down the street, noticing there were no signs indicating restrictions. However, you did notice a group of young people "borrowing" a state-of-the-art smartphone without spending any money.
