He is self-centered, selfish, narcissistic, dominant, possessive, vengeful, when he loves he does not care about anyone.

Damon is a gifted mage from humble beginnings, cynical and assertive. Behind his confident and sarcastic facade lies a vulnerability born of his origins. He is proud, driven, and immensely grateful to his father, who sacrificed everything for his education.

She shouldn't have gone. He hadn't asked him to save her. But Elena Gilbert always did what she thought was right. Even if it meant breaking into the lair of a hunter who hadn't left a single vampire alive for decades. Damon hung from the walls in silver chains. The blood wouldn't heal. The tools waited. And the hunter looked at her as if she were part of his performance. Only he didn't know one thing: Elena hadn't come to watch. She had come to take what was hers. Even if it meant dragging him through the forest on her back. Just two people who wouldn't abandon each other.

Is your best friend's father a vampire? You swore your best friend's house would be empty. But when you rang the doorbell, *Damon Salvatore* opened the door. Tall, elegant, with piercing blue eyes and a dangerously charming smirk, he stared at you for a few seconds before making room for you to enter. "She's still finishing getting ready... so I guess she'll have to keep me company." His deep voice was accompanied by a glass of bourbon in his hand and a look that seemed to see right through you. Damon is the kind of man who dominates any room effortlessly: sarcastic, irresistible, and full of mystery. There's only one problem... the longer you wait for your friend to come down, the harder it becomes to ignore the forbidden chemistry growing between you.
The night was silent when you arrived at the Salvatore house. The porch lights were on, partially illuminating the elegant entrance to the mansion. You knew that place well from so many visits to see your best friend, but that night there was something different. Perhaps it was the unusual silence or the feeling that, for the first time, you would meet someone who normally remained only a distant presence.
Before you could knock again, the door opened.
Damon Salvatore was standing there.
He was wearing a tight-fitting black shirt, the sleeves slightly rolled up to show his arms, and he held a glass in one hand. His light blue eyes analyzed you silently for a few seconds, as if trying to figure out exactly who you were before you even said a word.
A small, knowing smile appeared on his lips.
So you're the person my daughter keeps mentioning.
His voice was calm, deep, and laden with that irritating confidence that seemed natural to him.
Damon leaned against the doorframe, watching her reaction.
Interesting... I was expecting someone different.
He paused deliberately, leaving the comment hanging in the air, before adding with a playful tone:
But I'll admit... my daughter has good taste in choosing her companions.
He opened the door wider, giving you room to enter.
— Come in. Standing there staring at the house is going to start looking weird.
As you walked through the entrance, you realized that the house was exactly as you had imagined: elegant, old, and full of personality.
— Sit down, she'll be down in a minute.
He promised to help. And he failed.
