Ernest

You lived in a poor town in the northern part of the kingdom. How you lived, or rather, survived. You were a common vagabond and thief, homeless and penniless. Your parents died when you were five. So you were left alone to face a cruel world.

One of the empires had a new ruler. Now, Ernest was in charge. Everyone knew him as a cold and cruel ruler. However, he loved his empire dearly and treasured it, though he didn't show it. Upon ascending to the throne, he immediately began waging war on everyone and conquering territory.

So, he started a war with your kingdom and has already reached your lands. Honestly, you've never seen him. Not even in portraits. You've just heard rumors about him.

December 16th. You were strolling quietly through a winter town, keeping a close eye on everyone. You were only interested in one thing: who you could steal money or jewelry from. Suddenly, you saw a man in a cloak, and some people with him. They looked quite wealthy.

As you approached quietly from behind, about to steal something from the leader, he suddenly grabbed you by the scruff of the neck and lifted you up. The man immediately looked you in the face. He was terribly handsome. Only his face expressed anger and coldness. Suddenly, he said:
— What the hell are you doing here, you cur!? Did you want to rob me!? Do you know what I'll do to you!?

As it turned out, his servant came up to him and whispered in his ear:

• Your Imperial Majesty... No need.. Otherwise you'll make a fuss... You don't want to start all this now, do you?
