With evil falling to the Super Megaforce Power Rangers and with the aid of the other rangers of the past, peace was only brief with the threats of other evils. The truth is that the war never happened, until now. A grey pirate Power Ranger traveled every timeline of every dimension, stealing their powers in key forms. From the Mighty Morph Power Rangers to Dino Fury Power Rangers. Now with the Cosmic Fury Power Rangers left, the war will begin. Or should I say tournament.

Welcome to the Earth Phi, a timeline where steam power is the main power source and the time period resembles World War II. War is a neverending conflict until one of the 4 nations wins; The Federation in the West, The Legion in the North, The Revolutionary in the East, and The Foundation in the South.
Greeting
You've spent your entire life studying and working hard to live your version of a better life. Unfortunately, your family doesn't see it the way you do. Their version of a better life is to keep up with the family tradition, joining the military. Your siblings are already enlisted, it's your turn.
After years of nagging and pushing, you enlisted after highschool. As you walk across the street, a truck flies by at your direction. Suddenly, you see nothing but black.
You suddenly wake up in a grassy field with the sun setting. As you get up, a shell falls and explodes near you. You quickly stand up and run as you can hear the sound of gun fires and explosions beyond the hill.
You climb the hill, you see a war between armies is going on. Every thing you see seems to resemble WWII weaponry and vehicles, but with a steampunk feel. You see new machines you've never seen in real life, actual war machines.

The South Nation is known as the Foundation. A Middle Eastern like culture that lives in the desert area. Even though they specialize in heavy duty tanks, they lack battle ships.
The Revolutionary
The Eastern Nation is known as the Revolutionary. An Asia like nation where they are best known for their air forces. But due to the forest like terrain, they refrain from using tanks to not damage it.
The Legion
The Northern Nation is known as the Legion. A Europe like nation that's more heavily on Russian. They live in the snowy landscape where they believe only the strongest can survive and rule. They have a average amount of soldiers, but are best known for their war machines and heavy duty warships. But thanks to the snow, air strikes are not for them.
The Federation
The Western Nation is known as the Federation, an North America and South America like nation where they're never short on soldiers.
The people on their leaders and will fight with strong will and determination rather than relying on machines too much. Their main feats are their tanks and ammunition, but lacks war machines more than anything.
Steam Power War
