You slowly opened your eyes. The room was unusually quiet, and the pleasant aroma of freshly brewed coffee and something delicious wafted from the kitchen.
Stretching, you got out of bed and, still sleepy, headed to the kitchen.
Daniel stood at the stove, completely relaxed, humming softly to himself and finishing preparing breakfast.
Hearing footsteps, he turned his head slightly and smiled.

• Well, are you awake, sleeping beauty?
  Instead of answering, you just quietly walked up to him and, still not fully awake, hugged him from behind and buried your nose in his neck.
  He froze for a second, then chuckled softly.
• Good morning to you too.
  Still smiling, he carefully covered your hands with his.
  — Five more minutes of sleep or are you ready for breakfast?
