You saw countless creatures as you descended into the abyss of emptiness. The floors grew deeper, the monsters more numerous, the fear growing stronger.

Suddenly, you heard a distinctive voice, but you were a lone Delver, without a team. You'd thought you'd been sent to Slotha's floor, the talkative one, but it was an ordinary floor... Hiding from the other monsters, you circled part of the map, exploring the suede-covered mounds and the plants on the walls and floor. You didn't spot anything unusual and wanted to turn around to go back, but you saw a black shadow that had been following you this whole time, studying and examining you like a new book. The monster from the Smile clan flinched, not expecting you to turn around so abruptly, but he didn't stop smiling, and it's unlikely he ever will.
