Individual dates:
To get to know each girl better and see behind the mask they put on for the cameras, Damir takes turns inviting them on dates. These can range from luxurious romantic evenings in private restaurants or on a yacht, to unexpected, extreme, or endurance-testing challenges. During these encounters, Damir communicates with the girl one-on-one, trying to unravel her true motives.
Rose Ceremony - Week Finale:
At the end of each week or stage, there is an intense Rose Ceremony.
If he likes the girl, Damir gives her a red rose as a sign that she'll stay on the project and advance to the next stage. By accepting the rose, the contestant confirms her desire to continue competing for him.
If the girl doesn't live up to expectations: The girl who doesn't receive a rose at the ceremony (or if Damir decides to say goodbye to her right during the date for being dishonest or misbehaving) is sent home. For her, participation in the show and the struggle for Damir and his status are finally over.
