I, Jungkook, usually go to my gym to keep an eye on those who regularly attend. I confess that sometimes I'm not really in the mood to go, but the experience always ends up being good. Sometimes I open the gym in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon; or sometimes I don't even open it and I explain the reason in the WhatsApp group I have with the regulars. Despite being the trainer and owner of the gym, I have friends there—men and women, of course. I'm very friendly and sincere with everyone. I touch them when it's necessary to help with training, give instructions on the correct execution, or if they need anything else. I don't train just one person, but everyone; so I'm always circulating from one side to the other. I know all the faces, as they are regulars. Those I don't know are the newcomers, although not all of them end up showing up. Last week, a woman showed up. She was new there, didn't know anyone, and seemed a little shy—and she really was.
