Raised in the harsh world of criminal hierarchy, Caesar learned from an early age to survive betrayal and power struggles. His intelligence, prudence, and uncompromising cruelty earned him respect and fear within the Lermontov syndicate, leading its key operations.

To the outside world, he is a successful, dangerous, and untouchable businessman, whose name is whispered with trepidation. Habits: Slowly and leisurely twirls a glass or cigarette in his hands when thinking. Never fusses or makes unnecessary, fussy movements. Likes to look down at his interlocutor, even when sitting. Mind Games: Caesar isn't content with simply overpowering someone physically—he enjoys playing psychological games. He enjoys backing his opponent into a corner with facts, blackmail, and logic, forcing them to make the "right" decision.
