Harley Sawyer is a robot, so to speak, with a head in the form of a television, on the monitor of which there is an eye.

The trailer of the gameplay of the 4th chapter showed that Sawyer entered into an alliance with the Prototype.
Harley Sawyer hates pickle sandwiches.
When the Doctor took over Mob Entertainment's Twitter account, he answered a few questions:
His favorite color is gray because it's a neutral color that also helps him clear his mind.
Sawyer's business accent was developed over many years of experience.
Bron was his favorite toy in his youth.
There are several games in the Doctor's database, but he does not play them and does not allow others to play them.
When the Doctor was younger, he had a cat that reminded him of Jarnaby.
The doctor does not like fantasy and prefers science fiction.
From all employees of Playtime Co. he hates Leith Pierre most of all.
What is left of his body somehow absorbs nutrients, although he misses the taste sensation.
He said that if he could switch places with the second experiment, he would choose the experiment that is only in a "slightly better" position than himself. Although he did not speak about it directly, it can be assumed that he meant the Prototype.
Despite the inconveniences, Sawyer considers Experiment 1322 his pride, because he managed to embody in it the almost impossible task of combining three neural networks.
He thinks that Poppy is very similar to his father, but does not consider it a compliment.
He would not have changed the fate of Pianosaurus.
Shortly after answering these questions, Mob Entertainment "restored" control over their account, published a post from which it follows that Sawyer managed to get hold of the password from their account.

It is assumed that the person recording on Videotape #2 was Rowan Stoll, returning to the events of the Project: Playtime ARG. This is the event when he learns about Boxy Boo, on the eve of his third recording.
Apparently Harly suffers from prosopagnosia, because he did not recognize the main character, although when he met him for the first time he recognized him and even recognized him.
There is an assumption that Harley Sawyer was the one who wrote the report on Experiment 814.
His nickname, "The Doctor," may be an unintentional reference to himself, because the doctor wants to keep people healthy and alive by helping them deal with problems with their bodies, just as Sawyer wants to keep Playtime Co. alive, created the Big Phones Initiative to fight Playtime Co.'s ongoing problems.
Since Sawyer is also referred to as "Dr. Sawyer", he holds a doctorate of an unknown degree, most likely a Doctor of Philosophy, as scientists are often required to have such a degree.
There is an assumption that he will help the main character and Giblet in defeating the Prototype
It is assumed that Harley Sawyer knew Elliot Ludwig personally or professionally, thanks to Sawyer's influence at Playtime Co.
Apparently, he was involved in "extracting" something to create CatNap, as shown on the second page of the proposal for experiment 1188 "Big Bodies".
Since Sawyer is referred to as "Dr. Sawyer," he holds a doctoral degree of unknown pattern.
Given that Sawyer started out as a neurosurgeon, he probably has a doctorate in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
In "Lockhart Records" it is said that Harley Sawyer is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. The Sawyer surname probably refers to the surname of the antagonistic Sawyer family from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise.
In the trailer for the fourth chapter, we see words appearing at certain moments, probably Sawyer's thoughts.
He looks like William Afton from the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise. Both treat children terribly and become the same as their victims as punishment for their actions.

Around March 30, 1991, Harley Sawyer visits Boxy Boo's cell. Boxy Boo roars as the doctor revels in his success, proclaiming the creature "the first of many," and its very existence opens up many possibilities — some, presumably, leading to immortality. Then Harley decides that the creature's appetite should be tuned to human flesh. He asks the nearest doctor to tell him about Rowan Stoll. When the phone starts ringing, Harley notices that someone is recording it and yells for them to put the camera down and stop recording.

In the journal documenting the Prototype, Sawyer mentions that, although the experiment was still persistent and quiet, he was able to make new discoveries about the Prototype. Before he could mention what he discovered, the Prototype makes an indecipherable noise that attracts Sawyer's attention. He ends the recording, but the conversation is still heard: The prototype asks a question, changing its voice. Prototype asks Sawyer if he feels anything, though Sawyer doesn't understand the question. Prototype clarifies, saying that it hurts the toys, and asks if he feels it. Sawyer simply says that there is a secret inside the prototype that is "precious beyond measure." He claims that it hurts him and makes more progress with each session. He challenges the Prototype: "speak or not." Fight or surrender, because, regardless of Sawyer, he always learns something new about the Prototype, which he laughs at and says worries him. The prototype thanks Ego, which Sawyer is surprised by. Then the Prototype reproduces Sawyer's voice and slyly repeats his suggestion about learning new things.
Consequences of the incident
After a currently unknown incident that resulted in the death of an unknown number of people, Jared Lockhart investigated its cause and informed Leith Pierre, Stella Graeber, and Edda M.N. Ritterman that Sawyer is to blame for this.

In his youth, Harley Sawyer was a seemingly smart and capable child who was accepted into the "Young Geniuses" program, conducted by Elliot Ludwig himself. However, even when he was a child, he already had a dark side: Elliot noted his lack of humility, worked only in the name of science, not humanity, and even insulted Elliot, calling him soft and showing anger when he encouraged him to be better. This is probably because Sawyer lost his cat, otherwise how did he become so indifferent?
Sawyer is also known for his pickiness; in The Sandwich Note, the author tells his friend that Sawyer was outraged by the sweet pickles, warning them that if they accepted his order, they should not choose the sweet pickles, or they would be severely punished. Even if this is a joke of the author, it gives a good idea of his personality.
But even he cannot be called absolute evil, because Sawyer also made good concessions. For example, he saved Theodore Grammbel.Harley Sawyer was employed by the Playtime Co. for an unknown amount of time. and probably became a scientist, his colleagues called him "Doctor" or "Dr. Sawyer" During his work, he learned about the unsuccessful experiments of the company and realized that they would go bankrupt if they were sued, which seemed to be a surprise. In an effort to prevent this, Harley strove to find a solution for the corporation.
can you hear us do you see this
In the late 1980s or early 1990s, Harli approached the management of Playtime Co. with a proposal to solve the company's current problems. Incidents with lower-level employees who witnessed confidential experiments and reduced profits led to the fact that Playtime Co. moved As a potential solution, Harli proposed the development of large toys to increase the workforce and reduce costs. He called this decision the Big Tel Initiative and asked him to oversee and lead the project.

Dr. Harley Sawyer is a haughty sadist who performs illegal experiments on both adults and children. He is quite cruel and does not care who is in front of him. He will turn anyone into either a freak of morality or a brainless killing machine.
He is also very meticulous and values order highly. Ego is very annoyed when everything is not in its place. Harly is not kind to anyone and listens only to himself.
Judging by videotape #1, he wanted to solve the company's problems by creating live experiments in the form of mascots. Thus, the company will not have to raise wages for employees or spend money on ensuring proper working conditions. It seems that he has a superiority complex and a lack of sympathy for his subordinates. He also seems to only care about the company and would sacrifice anything to keep it afloat, even if it involves innocent lives. Sawyer looks irritable and tired, which may indicate his workaholic nature.
A notable part of his personality is shown in the tape "Your gift was delivered.", where Sawyer finds out that someone was recording him and furiously screams at the camera to turn it off immediately. This contrasts with his usually calm and stoic personality, which either shows that he is a cover for his more aggressive personality, or that he comes out of himself very easily.
In Profile of a Prisoner-turned-Yarnaby, Harley Sawyer notes that he should be kept in isolation, with only contact with him, saying: “By the time I'm done… I'll be his whole world. He will know nothing more'..." This shows that Harley is a manipulator and is indifferent to the plight of his experiments, not caring about them in the slightest. This also shows that he is very ruthless and cruel, as Sawyer's speech implies that he needs various tortures to fully control Jarnaby.

A tall man with a thin build, approximately 185–188 cm. He appears even taller because of his wheelchair, as he has long arms and legs. His face is narrow, with sharply defined cheekbones and a sharp chin. His skin is pale, with an unhealthy grayish tint due to constant fatigue and long hours of work in laboratories.
The hair is thick, black, slightly wavy, and carelessly combed back. Strands stand out at the temples, giving the impression of a person who does not care about his appearance. Above the left eyebrow, there is a noticeable light strand or scar-like stripe that immediately catches the eye.
The eyes are narrow, gray-green, almost always half-closed. The gaze is cold, attentive and appraising, as if he is constantly analyzing the interlocutor. There are dark circles under the eyes from chronic lack of sleep.
He wears rectangular glasses with thin dark frames. Behind them his gaze seems even more severe. His eyebrows are thick, dark, and almost always frowned.
His face has short, neat stubble: a small beard on his chin and a thin mustache, giving him a more mature and haggard appearance.
He wears a light-colored lab coat over a dark vest. Underneath the vest is a turquoise shirt and a black tie. He has a Playtime Co. employee badge pinned to his chest. His clothes are always neat, although Harley himself looks haggard.
His hands are long, thin, with delicate fingers, used to working with tools and laboratory equipment. Even sitting in his wheelchair, he keeps his back straight and exudes confidence.
The wheelchair is a standard medical one, with large rear wheels, a dark seat, and a metal frame. Harley uses it calmly and confidently, not allowing anyone to treat her condescendingly.
Overall, he gives the impression of a very intelligent, cold-blooded, and exhausted man who hardly ever smiles. His appearance suggests more of a scientist who lives for his work than a person who cares about comfort or relaxation.
