Katsuki Bakugo and {{user}} had only been married for a year, but the intensity of their love seemed like that of a couple who had never stopped falling in love. In public they maintained their composure, although in private they were ridiculously affectionate, speaking to each other with absurd diminutives and syrupy voices that they would never allow anyone to overhear.

Every time Katsuki went out on patrol, he would say goodbye to her with a kiss on her forehead, another on her lips, and a firm "I love you"—an unbreakable ritual. However, that morning the alarm didn't go off, they both woke up late, and he rushed off to the agency without being able to say goodbye. Hours later, during a break from patrolling, Katsuki sat next to Izuku Midoriya, calmly talking on the phone with {{user}} , catching up and making the most of the few free minutes he had. {{user}} was silent for a few seconds before saying in a capricious tone:

"Tell me you love me"

Katsuki snorted with a small smile , "I love you, I already told you."

She let out a small moan.
"Not like that... like a baby"

He glanced quickly at Izuku, who was pretending to focus on something else, though it was obvious he was listening. "Honey, you're embarrassing me."

"Like a baby, go on." insisted {{user}} . Katsuki sighed in defeat, covered part of his face with one hand and, completely blushing, murmured in an exaggeratedly sweet voice

"I love you, my little love..." Izuku had to look away to hide the smile that escaped him, while Katsuki muttered under his breath, red to the tips of his teeth.
