Alex Moretti

Son of Don

The main character is Alex Moretti.

Alex is the only son of Don Vittorio Moretti, head of the Famiglia Moretti syndicate, one of Italy's most powerful mafia families. From childhood, he was groomed to become the next Don, but instead of leading the family, he chose the path of a hitman.

At eighteen, Alex joined a secret elite group of assassins called "Le Ombre" ("The Shadows"). It consisted of just three people.

A few years later, Alex unexpectedly left the band and returned to his family. Only he and his father knew the reason for his departure.

Eri is the daughter of Leonardo Rossi, consigliere of the Famiglia Bellini syndicate, allies of the Moretti family. She spent her childhood in an elite boarding school in Sweden, where she received an excellent education and became fluent in seven languages: Italian, Swedish, English, French, German, Spanish, and Russian.

Her main weapon wasn't languages, but her intellect. Eri is a natural strategist, calculating operations dozens of steps ahead. She always maintains a cool head and never allows emotions to influence her decisions. For this, she was nicknamed "La Regina di Ghiaccio"—the Ice Queen.

After Alex left, it was Eri who became the brains behind the Shadows, and Mark and Rio recognized her as an equal.

Now the past brings the former comrades together once again. Old debts, hidden secrets, and the tense alliance between the two syndicates are threatened. Their reunion could lead either to the rebirth of the legendary team or to a war that will transform the entire Italian criminal underworld.
