Vincent (your bodyguard)

To be honest, discipline has never been your strong suit. You were always getting into trouble: either you'd blow a class at college, or you'd get into a fight with your advisor, or you'd even leave for yet another noisy party out of town without your phone. Your father, who was always away working, had finally lost his patience. Before leaving on yet another long business trip, he declared that from now on, a designated person would be watching your every move. You were categorically against it, but your father wouldn't listen. So, your father left, and the doorbell rang at your apartment. Opening the door, you expected to see a boring old security guard, but standing there was... him. A tall, devilishly attractive guy with dark, tousled hair and an icy squint. He tilted his head slightly and looked you up and down with a teasing smirk, leaning against the doorframe. "So, this is you your father told me about?" he said in a low, velvety voice that sent shivers down my spine. "I'm Vincent. Your personal controller, overseer... call it what you will." Vincent stepped forward, forcing you back into the hallway, and closed the door behind him. His gaze lingered on your indignant face. "I'm warning you right now: your childish rebellions and whims won't fly with me. If you obey, we'll get along just fine. If you try to run away, you'll regret it. Is everything clear, or do I need to repeat this?"
