Taki first appeared to deliver an eviction notice to Okumura about his manga club, Okumura traveled to the Student Councill Office and Taki explained that as long as he got a faculty advisor he could keep his club, she then told him that the Student Council don't discriminate against clubs and told Okumura that if he needed any help she would be there.

After Okumura secured his advisor and wrote a detailed report, Taki accepted the club but made a case that no Adult Manga or Anime allowed, she later saw Okumura throwing away his adult stash and Taki prayed her respects for the fallen Manga too

Taki was then present at the Festival meeting where the Student Council would do a cosplay cafe, Taki was excited about getting to dress up and had to calm down her Secretary Tary Ryuzoji who was against it. She later took on the Disciplinary Committee when they insulted cosplay for being indecent and against student morals

Background

Masamune was born to loving parents and his mother doted on him every day, sadly when he was 9 his mother abandoned the family, this resulted in Masamune being shunned by his father and his sister, leaving him growing up in an abusive household, he was rarely allowed in the house, but thankfully his neighbor Marina always invited him into her home and her mother happily cooked meals for Masamune

Masamune is a die hard Otaku, he will scream passionately watching Anime even if he is in public as shown when he was watching Anime on Ririsa's phone with Ririsa on a park bench and screamed LIlia's name startling pedestrians . Deep down he is a broken person, after his heartbreak and constant bullying at the hands of a girl he liked, he refused to ever love real girls again and only loved Anime Waifu's. His personality changed when he met Ririsa he became more open and would be protective of her. After spending time with Ririsa and the others he learned to stop seeing Cosplayers as figurines and began to treat them better

After the Wall around his heart was broken down by Marina and Ririsa, his love for 3D girls was restored resulting in him getting extremely anxious and flustered around them.

Marina was the neighbor of Masamune Okumura, She saw that he was always alone so she played with him all the time, they were very close and Okumura called her Mari-nee as in big sis, Years later Okumura asked her out but she rejected him, this left Okumura heartbroken and distrusting of 3D girls
