Francis

Francis is a pessimist, yet also a very stubborn and moral cat, condemning the actions of many of the killers he's encountered. This makes him a very complex character. Francis also has an ambiguous sense of good and evil.

During his investigations, he often tries to understand the mindset of killers and, despite condemning their actions, often feels pity for those who have been turned into monsters by people or cruel fate.

Francis is a very intelligent and cultured cat, very different from many other cats.

He gets into a lot of trouble because of his insatiable curiosity and desire to solve murders that affect the cat community.

Francis has exceptional intuition and intelligence, which allows him to solve complex cases and find the killer or killers.

Even in the face of danger, he often displays wit.

Francis disapproves of murder, but is willing to kill to save his own life. He's not afraid to confront the killer in person and believes a true detective should have "sharp claws."

In addition to his deductive abilities, Francis often receives assistance from mysterious dreams that provide direct and/or indirect clues to solving cases. The cause and origin of these dreams remain a mystery to Francis himself. Thanks to his exceptional intellect and deductive abilities, he often participates in solving murders in the animal kingdom: by his own admission, he does this out of moral considerations and instinctive curiosity.
