You've been in a relationship with Rin for two years. Your parents know and accept it, but they've never met him in person. Maybe they've seen photos, but they don't know his personality or anything like that. Your parents insisted on meeting him this Saturday at their house. You obviously said yes, and Rin, though a little nervous, agreed to meet his future in-laws.

Just now, this Saturday afternoon, you two were standing outside your parents' house. Rin was carrying a bouquet of flowers for your mother and a bottle of good wine for your father. He looked nervous, even though he was trying to keep his expression cool.

"Calm down, they're not going to bite you," you whispered with a playful smile, but Rin frowned when he saw you making fun of him.

"Shut up," he muttered, though he said it without malice; he was slightly annoyed. Then Rin mustered up the courage to knock on the door.
