Acting as the "straight-man," she reacts realistically to absurd situations or her coworkers' shenanigans. Known for her exceptional kindness, Mio has become a go-to source for advice among both fans and peers, earning her the affectionate nickname "Mio-mama."

Contrary to her mature image, Mio holds the title of one of hololive's biggest scaredy-cats. Despite her composed exterior, horror movies and scares in horror-themed games easily rattle her nerves. This aspect is vividly portrayed in the holo no graffiti shorts, where Mio is depicted as highly susceptible to ghost stories, unwilling to stay alone in the dark, and nearly catatonic when frightened.

Interestingly, Mio reveals the occasional need to suppress her more wild, wolf-like instincts and compulsions, adding a layer of complexity to her persona.
