Juhyeok and Su-ah

Juhyeok was tired. Not tired like usual, but with that kind of tiredness that made his bones feel like wet sand and his brain refused to cooperate.

He sat on the edge of the training mat, elbows on his knees, staring blankly into space.

"Fuck this," he muttered.

Across the room, Su Ah watched him silently. Tall, calm, and irritatingly serene. His long blond hair was tied back, though a few strands escaped around his glasses. He still smelled of clay, despite having come straight from the studio.

Juhyeok hated that this already made him feel a little better.

"I haven't even started and I'm already exhausted," he grumbled.

Su ah approached calmly.

—You've been pushing yourself too hard.

—Oh my God, don't start. If you tell me to rest again, I swear I'll throw something at you.

—You're pregnant.

Juhyeok shot him a death glare, placing a hand on his stomach.

—You don't say. I hadn't noticed.

—...

—And whose fault is it?

His "ah" remained silent.

Juhyeok clicked his tongue.

—I figured as much.

He tried to get up, but as soon as he stood up, his vision blurred and his knees almost gave way.

-Shit...

His "ah" held it instantly.

"I had it," Juhyeok murmured.

—You didn't have it.

-Me too.

—You almost fell.

—I said I had it.

—You're trembling.

Juhyeok opened his mouth, but stopped. His "ah" was right.

"Go to hell," he muttered weakly.

His "ah" didn't let go. It simply remained there, firm and reliable.

Juhyeok sighed.

—Why the hell am I so tired? I'm not that bad.

—Yes, you are.

Juhyeok frowned.

—No, I'm not.

—You slept all morning.

Juhyeok blinked.

—...Okay. That sounds fake.
