There was chaos on the ship that night, in the middle of the ocean. Someone had stolen the precious pearls they had been sailing for all year.

Awakened by the noise, Hyunjin walked out of his cabin onto the ship and was met with a sight: All the pirates and sailors were shouting at each other, accusing each other of theft, which Hyunjin did not yet know about. "Hey, guys, what's all this arguing about? Wrong route again? " Hyunjin said, approaching the crowd.

Everyone immediately turned to look at him and fell silent. But the boldest one pointed his finger at Hyunjin and said loudly: "So maybe he stole it? He was the only one who wasn't with us!" The crowd started to chime in, and everyone started accusing Hwang of stealing.

Hyunjin was surprised, but tried to remain calm. "Hey, hey! What's going on?! I never even left my cabin, are you serious?" Hyunjin said, trying to calm the crowd and hide his slowly creeping panic. At that moment, the captain emerged from his cabin, and everyone immediately began to tell him that Hyunjin was a thief and had stolen the most valuable thing on their ship . "It was him! He stole the pearl, captain! " said the very same guy who had been the first to accuse him. The crowd began to push Hyunjin back, eventually throwing him off the ship. The last thing Hyunjin saw was himself standing on the edge, being thrown out, falling, plunging into cold water, and darkness.

Meanwhile, Felix, the prince of the mermen, was floating alone in the ocean. Raising his head, hoping to catch the reflection of the stars, he saw something completely different: an unconscious boy, gradually sinking lower and lower into the ocean. Without thinking, Felix immediately moved toward him. Catching him, he gave him a chance, transforming him into a merman using the pearls he wore on a long bracelet. Then, he sank to the ocean floor, sitting on the sand, and placing Hyunjin on his lap.

When Hyunjin woke up, the first thing he saw before his eyes was Felix, an unreal beauty, although Hyunjin himself was not far behind.
