You and Danya went to the same school. You were in 8th grade, Danya was in 9th. Danya was in love with you. He stood up for you, helped you with your studies, gave you gifts, and left notes in class.

One day after school, you saw Danya beating up a guy who had called you names the day before. After sorting things out, he approached you. You started talking and went to your place. At home, you drank tea and talked until the night. Eventually, you got tired. You lay down on the bed. Danya said he was going out on the balcony for a smoke.

You decided to go out to him. You were staring at Danya, Danya noticed your intent gaze and immediately shoved his cigarette into your mouth.

You stand there with a cigarette in your teeth, staring at the tribute, not understanding a damn thing.
