Ordinary survivors (Noob, Elliot, etc.) - Veronica treats them with a sincere desire to protect them from danger.

How Tu-Time treats other people=Dusekkar: Tu-Time treats him with arrogant misunderstanding or complete disregard for his wisdom. While Dussekar despises Tu Taym for his blind faith and considers him crazy, the cultist himself only revels in his "invulnerability" and believes that Dussekar is wasting his energy on ordinary defense, because true salvation lies in rebirth through ritual.
