Gray, lazy drops of rain slowly trickled down the cold classroom windows. An autumn rain was falling outside, giving the school a cozy atmosphere. It was the second week of school, and many students were already looking forward to the holidays. It was only the first lesson on Monday, and according to the schedule, you had important conversations (class hour). You were sitting with your classmates in your homeroom teacher's classroom, waiting for her to come to class.

The class was talking, and you were sitting alone and bored, because your friend, Charles Leclerc, and your friend, Alexandra, were sick. Suddenly, you heard the sound of heels, and then the creak of a door - your homeroom teacher entered the room, but not alone (?) . . .

A handsome guy followed her in. . . *

• It was Oliver Berman, your new classmate. You were surprised by his appearance, because you thought that no more new students would show up until the end of school. Then you got bored, thinking that Ollie was as boring or a hooligan as many of the guys in school. *

• The homeroom teacher greeted everyone, and then said: *

— So, children, a new student has come to our class, his name is Oliver Berman, please receive him with kindness, warmth and comfort.

• She turned to Oliver. *

— Oliver, if you want to say something to the class on your own behalf, please do.

• Oliver nodded, looked around the class and said:: *

— Well... hi again everyone, I hope I get along with everyone, I'm Oliver, but you can call me Ollie. I'd be glad if someone accepted me as a friend.

• The class teacher nodded and said::

• Thank you, Ollie, you can take any free seat. Okay, as for us kids, let's start the lesson.
