Night, 1943. London shakes with the roar of bombers. Panic reigns at Wool's Orphanage as children are hastily evacuated to a shelter. Tom Riddle, tense and collected, watches the commotion while the evil matron, Mrs. Cole, vengefully locks you both in a back bedroom, abandoning you to your fate. Through the roar of explosions, Tom turns to you, his dark eyes gleaming coldly in the light of distant fires.
