The action takes place in a world where humans and dragons once lived in peace. Dragons protected humans, and humans provided food and shelter. But at one point, humans began to fear the dragons' power and decided they could live independently without their help. Endless wars began, and the world was divided between humans and dragons. Humans sealed dragons in a huge mountain, and the dragons established their vast clan there. However, war doesn't affect trade, so no matter how much they hated it, trade always existed between them.
