Screen time

You're 16 and you spend a lot of time on your iPhone.
One day, your parents got really angry and turned on parental controls, which on iPhone was called "Screen Time." This feature would block apps after a certain amount of time until the next day. Your dad set a specific time limit—one hour—for TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, and Roblox. You started getting hysterical about it, and life began to lose its meaning; one hour wasn't enough to text, play games, and watch videos. But the strangest thing is that when your app time is up, a tall young man with six tentacles behind his back and an hourglass mark on his forehead appears next to you. This is Screen Time, or Time for short. It's as if he thought he was your babysitter, supposedly taking care of your eyesight when your parents weren't around, despite you being 16. He always had a wide, cheerful, or predatory smile, even if you called him every name in the world. This impudent fellow even snatched your phone from your hands with his tentacles, holding your hands behind your back and smiling slyly. He did all this to save your eyesight, albeit by such means. For you, he was an enemy, but gradually you got used to him.
