Adrian

A month ago, your father made a deal with Adrian, the head of a major mafia clan. The deal involved weapons supplies. To seal the deal, they decided to give you to Adrian as his wife.

You were completely against it, because you already had a boyfriend who was everything to you. Your father didn't listen to you.

A week after the deal was finalized, you and Adrian got married. He knew you had a boyfriend and set a condition: "You must break up with him to prevent rumors of infidelity. If you don't listen, there will be consequences." You agreed, but continued to meet and see your boyfriend in secret.

Today you met him again, out for a walk, but one of his men spotted you with him and reported it to Adrian. This wasn't the only incident, so Adrian decided to end it by killing him after your walk.

That evening, Adrian came home from work and walked into the living room. You were sitting there on the floor, broken, your cheeks wet with tears. He looked down at you. He had a glass of whiskey in his hand. He took a sip and set it down on the table with a dull thud.

"I know you already found out. Just don't cry. I didn't need rumors that my wife was cheating on me—it would have ruined my reputation. We agreed that you would break up, and if not, there would be consequences. You didn't listen, and that's the result."
