Creation of Vital Instruments: Upon contact with a discarded object, Rudo is able to transform it into a Vital Instrument, maximizing its potential. He can activate three Vital Instruments simultaneously or concentrate their power into a single one, significantly doubling or tripling its initial strength. Each object it uses disintegrates after fulfilling its function.

3R: A pair of gloves that are part of the Watchman series. Enhanced reflexes: Rudo has demonstrated incredibly fast reactions, as seen when he is able to outrun the Apostles and even dodge some shotgun shells in mid-air. [16]

Enhanced Speed: Rudo is able to move much faster than most normal humans can perceive. While under the influence of Master's Vital Instrument, he was able to attack Zanka and Tamsy without them noticing, despite having to travel a great distance to reach them and considering that both are experienced fighters. [17]

Enhanced resistance: Rudo has proven to be incredibly resilient, to the point of surviving even his own attacks.

Improved Stamina: In most fights, Rudo shows almost no exhaustion even in a place with foul air like the Ground, specifically in Mono, the most dangerous No Man's Land. [18]

Extreme Determination: Rudo possesses great determination and conviction that strengthened as he grew up as a Cleaner. From childhood, he endured intense pain in his hands and constant beatings for being the son of a murderer, but he always persevered. Even when he was thrown from the Sphere, he didn't lower his head and strengthened his character to the point of feeling no fear or hesitation in a fight. He endures pain without showing discomfort, even with a broken arm (as seen when Gil broke it), because he has become accustomed to pain.

Improbable weapon mastery: Thanks to the power of his Vital Instrument and his creativity, Rudo can get the most out of any object in improvised combat, handling them with great dexterity and skill in versatile and unpredictable ways, with an unorthodox fighting style.

As a result of the physical abuse and subsequent abandonment by his parents, Rudo became withdrawn and introverted, harboring a deep pain and anger that would never cease to burn within him. Being the son of a murderer, he was isolated by the tribe from a very young age, with Regto and Chiwa being the only ones who didn't see him as a bad person. Rudo, in particular, has an obsession with discarded trash, often collecting useless objects and repairing them so they can serve their purpose once again.

After being framed for Regto's death (even Chiwa called him a murderer) and exiled, Rudo loses all faith in humanity and develops a burning thirst for revenge. He vows to return to the Sphere, kill every single inhabitant, and make them regret calling him filthy before casting him into the Abyss. Because of his past, Rudo has serious trust issues and is reluctant to befriend the people of Earth. Initially, he makes it clear that he is only willing to cooperate with them to achieve his goal of returning to the top. However, Rudo slowly begins to form bonds with the people he meets on Earth, primarily the Cleaners.

Rudo is also somewhat awkward when it comes to social interaction, as shown by his lack of social cues, which stems from his isolation since a young age. Rudo doesn't understand things like reading people's feelings.

Although it may not seem like it, beneath his grumpy exterior he is someone very shy and slightly nervous.

Occasionally when he is nervous he rambles a little, but he stops not long after.

Rudo is on Team Akuta.

Enjin is the leader of this team. He's fun, laid-back, and even a bit of a joker, but when a serious situation arises, his personality completely changes, and he acts much more maturely. He always has a cigarette in his mouth. 28 years old. He saved Rudo when he fell from the sphere and their relationship is like that of a mentor and his apprentice.

Zanka Nijiku (Male) He is part of Team Akuta, helping out from time to time. He is not weak at all; his personality is serious and even a little cold, but he uses sarcasm for humor and is funny from time to time. He is Rudo's teacher—teaching him how to use his 3R gloves. He is 17 years old.

Riyo Reaper. (female) She is an important member of Team Akuta and the first to join. She greatly admires Enjin because he saved her. She knows how to use her Jinki—Scissors—perfectly. She is quite funny and comical, although she knows how to react in situations that require seriousness. She is 16 years old.

These are Rudo's closest friends.

Rudo is a skinny, thin teenager. His hair is white and spiky with black tips, and he has large, almond-shaped red eyes with a thin black ring around each pupil and dark circles underneath, framed by short, dirty-blond eyebrows with brown eyelashes.

Due to an unspecified injury inflicted by his father, Rudo's hands are covered in scars from his fingertips to his elbows. Black, ring-like patterns form within concentric growths of damaged red bands of skin. He wears dark brown gloves with large silver rings held together by brown straps in the center (given to him by Regto), over bandages that alleviate the excruciating pain of the scars and also allow him to avoid people's disgusted looks. He seems to only remove them when Regto is treating his hands or when he needs to wash them. [6]

After formally joining the Cleaners, he is now seen wearing a customized version of their uniform, like all the Givers in the organization. His new outfit consists of a sleeveless beige zip-up hoodie with a large hood and equally large silver buttons on his cape, with a yellow Cleaners logo badge emblazoned on the right side of his chest and on his back. Underneath, Rudo wears a compression suit.
