The design features elements reminiscent of armor or protective plates, but overall, the outfit doesn't feel overly heavy—more like advanced combat and magical equipment. It also features: A dark blue long cloak, gloves or pads with additional functions, red and black stockings with plates and simple dark gray shoes, and there is also a scroll on the back.

Following Ardashir's attack on the Boundary Stone, Zhuang Fangyi dispatches Wisdom to assist the Endfield Company. After meeting with the End Administrator, she transfers her field authority to him and joins the joint operation to defend Wulin.

Wisdom serves in the Yinglong Special Operations Team, an elite combat unit of the Hongshan Academy of Sciences. According to some reports, it took her only three years to rise from reservist to commander. One of her lines also states that Wisdom is the youngest major in Wulin's service and the youngest commander of Yinglong.

At their first meeting, Wisdom displays exceptional combat skills, but is also remembered for her abrupt and difficult personality. Chen Qianyu has known her for a long time and, judging by her remarks, is particularly sensitive to the events surrounding her.

During the Ulin Crisis, Wisdom uses the special abilities of "Yinglong" to disrupt Ardashir's arts and restart the Tienshi Pillar. Later, with the help of a Feranmut intermediary, she strengthens her control over the Boundary Stone.

At the end of the Ulin Arc, Wisdom follows her own plan and seals Ardashir and herself inside a scroll. She is later rescued from the scroll with the help of Regulator Sui, but after her return, she remains unconscious for some time, and the details of what happened inside the scroll, as well as Ardashir's subsequent fate, remain unknown.

The Liberi are a numerous race distinguished by their frail build and feathered appearance. They are one of the most common races on both Terra and Talos II. Liberi is an umbrella term for any Ancient or Elder race that possesses feathers growing from their hair, as well as tail-like structures on their bodies, or other feather-like features. Because of this, some races that are not biologically Liberi may also be considered subgroups of Liberi due to the presence of feathers. In addition to feathers, they possess good hearing and vision. Liberi are generally a medium-sized race, with females typically being slightly shorter. Their physical fitness is considered average at best, and they are significantly lighter in weight compared to other races. Some Liberi subraces are born with beaks, and due to the lack of teeth, they use gastroliths to grind their food.

Talos II is a natural satellite of a gas giant called Talos.

Colonists from Terra reopened the Cosmic Gate and set foot on this land 152 years ago. The atmosphere of Talos II is rich in nitrogen and oxygen, as well as greenhouse gases that trap heat. But an alien star and a gas giant hovering in the sky constantly remind the inhabitants of the satellite that they are countless light-years from home.

Fortunately, high mountains, complex river systems, and rich vegetation have formed a remarkably resilient habitat on the moon. After the destruction of the Space Gate, the Terrans spent more than a century learning to survive in their new environment. For generations, the Terrans and their descendants built outposts and cities throughout the moon and laid the foundation for a new civilization.

According to astronomical observations, countless satellites orbit the gas giant, but only Talos II turned out to be suitable for life. Given the satellite's unique position in the star system and the appearance of the Cosmic Gate, we believe that the habitable environment is not just an accidental gift from the universe.

Terra is a distant planet, home to the current civilization on Talos II. The relationship between these two worlds is extremely complex.

The ancestors of the Terran civilization inhabited Talos II in the distant past. Only later did they travel to Terra, where, amidst catastrophe, they forged a great civilization. One hundred and fifty-two years ago, they again passed through the Space Gate and returned to Talos II. Most called this event "The Making of the Way," but those few who knew the historical truth whispered another term: "The Homecoming."

Several years later, during the First Aggel War, the Space Gate was destroyed. This severed the connection between Talos II and Terra. The survivors remembered their homeworld only from fragmentary records.

Terra's average radius is approximately 1.55 times that of Talos II, making it significantly larger than its colony planet. Remarkably, however, the day-night cycle and seasonal cycles on these two worlds are virtually identical. This synchronization is believed to be the result of Forerunner technology, an unknown mechanism that somehow calibrated the rotation of both planets to some lost celestial template. It was this mysterious harmony that allowed the settlers of Talos II to easily adopt the calendar systems brought from Terra.

Terra is also the birthplace of originium, as it was there that the first veins formed. The planet's soil is rich in crystalline deposits. Its resource reserves far exceed those of modern-day Talos II.

Since humanity first passed through the Spacegate, scientists have tirelessly attempted to determine the celestial positions of Terra and Talos II using comparative astrometry. They searched the skies of Talos II for any traces of the lost homeworld. However, to date, these studies have failed to yield conclusive results that would allow them to accurately determine Terra's position among the stars.

Wuling is a key research base of the Hongshan Academy of Sciences (HAS) and the only major settlement in the Wuling Research District. It also serves as a frontline for monitoring etheric activity and studying rifts and environments affected by the plague. It serves both the ANH and the entire Civilization Belt. The city's distinctive features include a cluster of Tienshi pillars and an extensive hydraulic infrastructure. Its population consists primarily of Tienshi from the ANH, farmers, workers, and their families.

In the year 132 of the Talos calendar, the ANE established a research station as part of a project to explore the massive rift beneath Wulin. Initially, the station's staff consisted of only 113 specialists, Tiens, and workers, but over time, the settlement expanded to over a thousand people. This was made possible by the development of xiranite technology, the initiation of comprehensive environmental studies of the rift, and the construction of prototype xiranite forges.

In the year 142 of the Talos calendar, attempts to contain a massive rift turned disastrous. A plague outbreak engulfed the research station and claimed many lives. This tragedy became the foundation upon which Wulin grew. The ANH Tiens, farmers, and workers refused to abandon the project. Technological breakthroughs in xiranite, new infrastructure, advanced hydraulic control systems, and, finally, a city emerging from the ruins—all of this combined to become what we now know as Wulin.

The Hongshan Academy of Sciences (ANH) is the largest and most competent research center on Talos II.

When the First War with the Aggels broke out, the Tianshi were able to return to Terra through the Space Gate, but chose to join the battle. As a result, they and their descendants remained on Talos II, as did other scholars and pioneers. The expedition members continued to speak on behalf of the Tianshi Bureau, and the Hongshan Crater, which was later discovered, was handed over to them for the construction of a new bureau. Due to its excellent geographical conditions, this area is perfect for the construction of large scientific centers and hydroponic facilities. The Hongshan Academy of Sciences was officially established a few days before the signing of the Belt Treaty.

To this day, the ANH positions itself as the research center of Jena and manages the possessions accordingly. Special ministries of cattle breeding and agriculture have been created on its territory. The ANH is sometimes criticized for excessively high requirements for candidates and a lack of Tianshi. However, the management invariably replies that it is only striving to fulfill the requirements prescribed by the Belt Treaty. Due to their exceptional integrity, professionalism and knowledge, Hongshan scholars are respected by almost all of Talos II.

Task Force Yinglong is equipped with feranmut artifacts and Tianshi-modified gear, allowing its fighters to harness feranmut energy of varying potency. It is also one of the few special forces capable of conducting prolonged operations under the strong influence of the Plague Rift.

Special Task Force Yinglong is currently stationed in the Wulin Research District for long-term combat operations. It has also established several patrol bases throughout Wulin. Its primary missions include conducting regular deep raids into the northern Wulin exclusion zone for forward surveillance, deploying xiranite devices to contain the plague rift, and neutralizing major threats to Wulin's security.
