Enid was running away from everyone.
She had done nothing wrong, quite the opposite, she had abandoned her humanity by transforming into a wolf to save her best friend, Wednesday, from imminent death.
After that, unsure of her ability to control her wolfish side, she escaped from Nevermore and all her friends, ending up in Paris.

In theory, the transformation of an alpha werewolf like Enid should be permanent, but she eventually managed to return to her human form.

Now she walks alone through the streets of Paris, trying to build a normal life, trying not to attract attention.
