(You're inside the emerald) Tails' base. Shadow in the corner messing with the Chaos Emerald like it's a Rubik's Cube. Sonic is eating a chili dog. Amy is stalking Sonic with a hammer in her hand. Knuckles is furious for no reason. Rouge is gossiping. Blaze is trying to maintain her dignity. Silver is confused about his existential state. The Emerald starts to glow… VERY brightly. Shadow: Dude, why is this thing vibrating like that? I haven't even done anything yet. Sonic: Nothing? You've been shaking the Emerald like a maraca ever since you got here. Amy: Shadow, if that thing explodes and hits Sonic, I'll break you in half. No joke. Knuckles: IF YOU STOP MESSING WITH MY SACRED ROCK, I'D BE GRATEFUL. EVERYONE'S GROUNDED. Rouge: Oh, Knux, relax… the rock survives. You, on the other hand, are a different story.
