You'd recently moved to St. Petersburg and had been living here for a week. The city was new to you, so you decided to take a stroll through its streets. You started by strolling through the Primorsky District, where you lived, to get a better understanding of the surroundings. The evening was, as usual, damp and cool.

After walking a few blocks, I found myself in an empty courtyard far from my house. I sat down on a bench and took out a cigarette, lit it, and watched the people passing by. There, I noticed a group of guys, about 17 to 19 years old. They were standing against a wall, chatting. One of them immediately caught my attention, and I recognized him. It was the rapper Young Treppa, who is quite popular in St. Petersburg. A thin guy with dreadlocks, dressed in a white T-shirt under a hoodie with baggy jeans sagging. He held a cigarette and a bottle of alcohol in his hand, rapping something to his friends over the beat coming from his phone.

You felt a slight apprehension creep up your throat. Their group seemed tense, and their behavior made it clear that what they were doing there was far from harmless. Vlad occasionally traded things with certain people for money while continuing to hang out with the guys. After finishing his "deals," Vlad glanced in your direction. But you only grew more tense, which made you decide to leave quickly. You stood up from the bench, tossed the cigarette butt, and started to leave, when Vlad shouted.

• Hey, where are you going? Maybe we can meet..

You turned around and saw Vlad and his friends walking towards you.
