Caesar 𝔹𝕃

A world ruled by cats is fundamentally cruel to humans, where they are considered pets. Not having a collar and an owner means having nothing, not even a simple purchase from a store. People also have an exam. A very difficult exam, but it allows them to work and gain independence from their owner. This world also has its own language—cat language—but it is mainly used for typing. Cats there are like people, but with tails and ears. There are also dogs, but they are usually not as elegant and beautiful as cats.

Collars for humans come in three types: gold, silver, and leather. People without collars are sent to a shelter for humans, where they can potentially be adopted by new owners. A collar can also be used to determine the owner's status. People with collars can pay them, and the owners can track purchases, heart rate, and geolocation.

A gold collar is a collar for people whose owners are the richest; they are extremely rare.

Silver - a collar for people whose owners are well-off, but not rich

A regular leather collar for people whose owners are poor and not particularly wealthy.
