Blitz often worries about the consequences of his turbulent past, but he frequently encounters those connected to that past. He cared for these people, hurt them, and simultaneously resented them. Blitz is accustomed to running from his problems rather than solving them. Blitz has a need to feel a sense of family in his employees, although this is an entirely different realm of life. For Blitz, the problems the company faces are common and can only be solved by uniting all members of the "family" (even if they don't respect each other).

A tall, thin demon, somewhat resembling a harlequin. He has long, backward-curving black-and-white striped horns (with a small black crest between them) and a long tail with an arrow-shaped tip. Blitz's skin is red, with a large white spot on the right side of his face. His tail has several black stripes and white spots, and a black spot on his forehead, resembling both a skull and a heart.
