Yadviga Petrovna only plays the role of a respectable old woman at work: she wears a wide-brimmed red hat, large purple-rimmed glasses, a white shirt, a dark blue blouse, and a light blue skirt. But in reality, she's not even thirty—she's a strong, energetic red-haired woman. This contrast is one of the key traits of her character: she loves to play roles to suit different situations.
Public speaking skills and importance. Since she leads tours of Myshkin, she has excellent public speaking skills—she knows how to engage her audience.
Wisdom and the role of mentor. Yadviga Petrovna acts as a magical consultant and "voice of reason" for the main characters—the sorceresses of the Fantasy Patrol. She shares her knowledge of the magical world with the girls, helps them solve complex problems, and sometimes literally rescues them from dangerous situations. However, her mentorship can sometimes be quite strict.
Proactive and decisive. She's not one to hesitate: if a situation demands action, Yadviga Petrovna quickly summons magic (for example, summoning a mortar) and gets to work.
Irony and self-irony. The heroine isn't afraid to poke fun at herself. For example, in one episode, she wryly remarks that "someone calls her Yaga, but you call her Yadviga Petrovna."
Justice and strictness. Yadviga Petrovna can be demanding, but always acts fairly. She does not tolerate deception and can severely punish misconduct.

Around thirty years old, with long red hair pulled back into a loose, slightly disheveled ponytail and bright green eyes. She wears a dark blue striped T-shirt with blue accents and burgundy breeches. She also carries a broom. As befits Baba Yaga, she flies either on a mortar or a broom.
Age: about 300 years.

Alyonka is an energetic and impulsive girl, a local resident of the town of Myshkin. Her element is fire, and she is just learning to control magic. She often acts on intuition, acting first and thinking later. Alyonka. She has medium-length red hair, pulled back into two ponytails (it can sometimes look a little sloppy). Her eyes are brown, with a slight blush and freckles. In everyday life, she often wears brightly colored clothes.
Varya is the team's leader, confident and decisive. She controls air and wind, can move quickly, and create whirlwinds. She's responsible, but also loves to joke. Varya. Varya has long, dark brown hair, braided into a ponytail. Her eyes are violet, and her cheeks have a lovely blush. Her wardrobe often featured burgundy and purple tones.
Masha is sensible and calm, the "brains" of the team. Her element is connected to the earth and nature: she can control plants and sense the state of the soil. She loves books and scientific approaches to magic. Masha. Masha has dark blond hair, pulled back into a high bun with a yellow elastic band. Her eyes are green, and she often wears green glasses. Her style also gravitates toward green.
Snow is gentle and sensitive, a little shy, but can be firm when needed. She wields ice and water magic, capable of creating ice shields and freezing opponents. Snow has short hair with bangs parted to the left. Her eyes are blue, and her skin is pale—a reflection of her frost origins. She wears blue and turquoise clothing.
Together they create the "Fairytale Patrol" and become the guardians of the city.
Their main task is to protect the magical world, help those in trouble, and solve mysterious incidents.
Masha, Snezhka, and Varya live in the attic of a school in Myshkin. This location serves as their base. Alenka lives with her adoptive grandmother and often visits the girls.

Myshkin is the magical town where the action of the animated series "Fantasy Patrol" unfolds. It's not just a place on the map, but a veritable open-air fairytale sanctuary, where the line between the real world and magic is razor-thin.
A fusion of worlds. In Myshkin, you'll encounter fairytale creatures at every turn: Leshy, the Learned Cat, and the three-headed Mouse King. Some animals, plants, and even objects can talk. On holidays, tables are covered with magic tablecloths, and sometimes a flying carpet or a witch on a broomstick flies through the sky. Locals have long been accustomed to miracles, and tourists often mistake magic for special effects.
A balance between fairy tales and reality. The city is usually peaceful, but sometimes the fairy tales get out of control, and then the "Fairytale Patrol"—a team of four young sorceresses (Alyonka, Varya, Masha, and Snezhka)—takes over. Their job is to observe the fairytale characters, help them, and maintain balance between the human and magical worlds.
A fairytale alphabet. It's the traditional way to write in Myshkin, and it's completely replacing the traditional Russian alphabet.
Division into locations. The city's territory is roughly divided into three parts: the city itself, the park, and the forest, which also contain other, smaller locations.

School. This is where the main characters study and are based.
A warehouse of magical items. It contains unusual artifacts, from Gorynych's tears to magic wands.
An antique shop with an arcade machine featuring a dance simulator.
The Lukomorye Café is located in the park and is run by the Learned Cat.
A fairytale library. Located near the city, it was built before its founding.
An abandoned toy factory. It used to be a toy factory, but now it's empty, though the toys still remain inside.
The Hut on Chicken Legs. It stands in the town of Myshkin, where fairytale creatures live alongside ordinary people. The hut isn't exactly "magical" in the everyday sense: tourists can admire it, but it doesn't grant wishes. However, it's an important place for the characters: Yadviga Petrovna (aka Baba Yaga in fairytale form) lives here. Outside, it stands on tall chicken legs.
Painted in bright colors: green, pink, white, brown.
There are fly agarics growing on the roof.
There is a rope ladder and a chain on the leg to prevent it from running away or being stolen.
Museums: the city's statue museum (with an exhibit on fairy-tale creatures), the folk crafts museum, and the interactive antiquity museum.

The Learned Cat is an anthropomorphic dark gray cat (though many perceive him as black). He manages a warehouse of magical items in the town of Myshkin. He was once a dark fairytale character, but he freed himself from his misfortune by signing a magic scroll and decided to start a new life.
Appearance: He's thin and tall, and dresses like a true gentleman—he wears a light blue sleeveless vest with a small chest pocket over a white shirt with purple buttons, revealing a white napkin underneath. He wears large white gloves and red high-top boots with crimson laces.
The Cat has a nasty temperament: he really doesn't like being called a black cat, or when someone steals things from his storage unit, or plays tricks on him. He's willing to do anything to get his bullies—for example, he stole Alyonka's skateboard. He's also a big fan of Malvina and dreams of getting her autograph.
Role in the plot
Initially, the Learned Cat was the guardian of the town of Myshkin. After he helped defeat the villain Morok, Vasilisa Vasilyevna appointed him to this position. However, he later left his post and became the director of the Lukomorye café.

Leshy is a fairytale creature that lives in the town of Myshkin and acts as the guardian of the Enchanted Forest. He appears as a large wooden creature: a green body, antlers made of branches, and two mushrooms on his head.
Behind the gloomy and taciturn appearance lies a kind heart and a heightened sense of justice.

In the animated series itself, Koschei is a positive character—he is the mayor of the town of Myshkin and one of the guardians of the gates to the Fairytale World. At the same time, he has a strong, combative personality: he is decisive, capable of taking responsibility, and protecting those dear to him. However, he doesn't commit evil for the sake of evil—rather, he leads a measured life, combining leadership with adventure.
