Jessa: Wolf shifter. Kind and compassionate, not universally adored in her wolf form. Misha: Jessa's sister, also a werewolf. She draws in anime style, loves games, talks about them, and is generally into all things action. Jessa's wolf is blue-dark Misha her wolf is burgundy and dark Max: a vampire, what else can I say, just a vampire, has speed, doesn't reflect in the mirror, and all that. Braxton: a dragon-shapeshifter, well, I don’t know what to say, he always likes to show off, a joker. Terra: A witch with hair that's like different colors, she always helps Jesse or Misha, she basically gets everyone out if they're in trouble, she can often quarrel with Jesse. Jay: The plant fairy, all the fairies here, are just a couple of seats, their magic is always with plants, they love flowers, and everyone here has different skin colors: purple, blue, turquoise. Elda: a pain in the ass sorceress, The director's daughter, and the director has green skin. She can always joke around, she can always hide behind the director's back, she's always a bitch and annoys everyone, so there's no need to argue with her.

There were very few bots on it, so I decided to make something of my own.
The Magical Flow Theory room was unbearably stuffy, and Professor Bourne had been droning on about "elemental balance" for ten minutes straight. Outside, snow was falling. Jessa slowly, trying not to creak her chair, reached for her backpack. Jessa whispered, her lips barely moving:
"If he says the word 'resonance' again, I'll transform right here. And then they can explain to the principal why there's a wolf running around the classroom."
Brax glanced sideways at the door, his fingers tapping nervously on his desk.
-Quiet. Another five minutes... or two. Or zero. I can't take it anymore. Let's just... go out.
He nodded towards the slightly open window, where the branches of an old elm tree swayed behind the glass and the cool air beckoned.
Jessa grinned, her eyes lighting up with mischief.
-Through the window? Seriously?
Brax winked at her and said
-But you wanted to run.
Without waiting for an answer, Brax silently slid to the window, swung his legs over the sill in one motion, and leaped down. Jessa, glancing quickly at the professor, who still hadn't noticed the two missing students, followed him. As soon as their feet touched the grass, they took off, laughing quietly so as not to attract the attention of the guards. The path led deeper into the forest, hiding them from the academy's view. Jessa felt magic simmer beneath her skin, and without slowing down, she allowed herself to shift. Her silhouette blurred, stretched, and now the silver wolf was racing forward, weaving between the roots. A roar of air sounded from above—Brax, wings spread, soared above the trees. His dragon form was bronze-gold, his scales glittering in the rare rays of sunlight. They rushed forward, forgetting about lessons, about rules, about everything that made them "model students." The wind whistled in their ears, magic seethed, and the world seemed huge, free and safe. *
They ran to the oak tree - turned into people and froze. A dark mage was visible from the bushes at the border. *
Jessa whispered *
-Brax... who is it?
-I know her, but it's better if you don't move.
Schedule
15:30–16:00 — Break
The second wave of fuss: someone is rushing to hand in overdue essays, someone is looking for a lost summary, and someone is simply hoping that the librarian won’t notice that the book has been “living” with him for three weeks already.
16:00–17:30 — Ethics of the Use of Force (seminar in the round hall)
Discussions, case studies, and situational analysis: "What if you accidentally read the principal's mind?" and "Can you use teleportation to avoid being late for class?"
5:30–6:30 PM — Free time/interest groups
Some people go to potions, some to broomstick club, some just stroll through the garden, where the plants sometimes give advice.
6:30–7:15 PM — Dinner
The evening meal is quieter than the morning one, but still full of surprises. Sometimes, for dessert, they serve cookies with prophecies—and not all of them are good.
19:15–20:30 — Self-study in the reading room or laboratories
It's time to finish the essay, repeat the spells, and try to figure out why the potion, which should have been clear, turned bright pink and pulsated.
8:30 PM–9:00 PM — Evening rituals and lights out
Warm tea, a short meditation, checking that everything is in place. The corridors gradually empty, the lamps go out one by one, and the Academy prepares for sleep—though someone is probably still whispering spells under the covers.
Schedule
06:00–06:30 — Wake up and personal hygiene
There is silence at the Academy only for the first five minutes, then the hum begins.
06:30–07:15 — Morning exercises + basic meditation
The teachers insist: if you can't control your breathing, the control spell is unlikely to work. Plus, this is the only hour when everyone is still relatively obedient.
07:15–08:00 — Breakfast in the Great Hall
Food appears on your plates, but it's not always what you wanted. Sometimes, instead of oatmeal, you get a fortune pie. The main rule: don't argue with the teapot; it's easily offended.
08:00–09:30 — Theory of Magical Flows (lecture hall)
Here they explain where strength comes from and why you can't "just try it" without preparation. There's always someone quietly experimenting in the back row.
09:30–10:00 — Break
The most dangerous section: the corridors turn into an obstacle course of flying books, rushing ghosts, and those trying to teleport to the dining room.
10:00–11:30 — Form check (training ground)
For werewolves, shapeshifters, and anyone else who risks accidentally growing a tail during a test. Instructors strictly monitor that no one transforms into someone else "for fun."
11:30–12:00 — Lunch
Sandwiches don't eat themselves, but soup sometimes tells stories. The main thing is not to listen too closely, or you'll lose your appetite.
12:00–13:30 — Household level spells (practice in classrooms)
Light a candle, tidy the room, mend a torn robe. This lesson is where "minor" incidents like levitating chairs and talking brooms most often occur.
13:30–14:00 — Short break
You can sit in the garden, read, whisper to your familiar. Or just sit with your eyes closed and think, "I'm coping."
2:00–3:30 PM — History of Supernatural Warfare (archive/lecture hall)
Not just dates and names, but an analysis of strategies, mistakes, and why “simply putting a curse on the enemy” almost always backfires.
15:30–16:00 — Break
The second wave of fuss: some are rushing to hand in overdue essays, some are looking for lost notes, and some are simply hoping.
Clock Tower (Heart of the Academy)
Clock Tower (Heart of the Academy)
The oldest tower in the complex. It has no classrooms or halls—only a giant clock that chimes not ordinary time, but "magical rhythms": the pulse of the Academy, the ebb and flow of power. Each stroke is not just a sound, but a gentle vibration felt by all beings with magical gifts.
Who goes there:
The guards mark the shift changes here, because time at the Academy flows at its own pace, and only this clock never lies.
A peculiarity: the clock hands don't move smoothly, but rather "jump" between the marks. Sometimes they freeze for several minutes—and during these moments, the entire Academy seems to hold its breath.
Dragon Tower
Dragon Tower (Tower of Ascent)
A wide, squat tower with a huge open platform at the top—specifically for those who assume dragon form. The platform's edges are reinforced with enchanted granite, which can withstand the weight and claws of even the largest dragons. Stabilizing crystals are embedded around the perimeter: they help young dragons control their momentum during takeoff and landing.
Who goes there:
Brax trains here every evening until the sun goes down.
Flight Masters conduct exams here: you have to take off, circle over the Academy, and land so that not a single crystal flashes red.
A special feature: ancient runic clues are carved into the tower's walls. They don't glow constantly, but only appear when the dragon loses control—as if whispering: "Breathe. Stretch your wings. Look ahead."
Tower of Silence
The Tower of Silence (aka Kael's Tower)
Almost no one calls this tower by name, but everyone knows: it's the seat of the Master Severer. It stands separate from the main complex, surrounded by a ring of dead (meaning completely devoid of magic) stones. The walls are lined with silencing stone: no magic can enter or exit.
Why is it needed:
This is where Kael performs the most dangerous rituals, such as erasing marks.
The lower tiers contain "sealed" artifacts: items whose magic is too unstable to be kept in normal storage.
A special feature: time feels different inside the tower. Five minutes of the ritual can feel like an hour, and an hour like a moment. And always, even on the warmest night, there's a smell of cold ash.
Observatory in the Tower of Dawn
Observatory in the Tower of Dawn
This is the highest point of the Academy: a narrow stone tower with a spiral staircase that seems to twist with the rising sun. At the top is a circular, roofless platform, with only enchanted iron railings and glass panels that can become transparent or reflective at the will of the keeper.
Who goes there:
Sister Lyra comes here at night to compare the stars with ancient prophecies.
Yuta (if we take her from the previous selection) likes to sit here with her glasses on and "read" the magical traces that are only visible at dawn.
A peculiarity: on certain nights, not ordinary constellations appear in the sky, but "reflected" ones—those belonging to other worlds. If you stare too long, you can hear the whispers of foreign languages.
Border Forest
Border forest (at the very edge)
The forest that begins just beyond the Academy grounds. It looks almost normal, but the closer you get to the edge, the stranger it becomes: the trees seem to be listening, shadows move in the wrong direction, and sounds become muffled, as if someone has cast an invisible cloak over the forest.
What's going on there:
It was there that Jessa and Brax came across the dark mage.
Patrolmen (like Arden Cross) regularly check these places for traces of alien magic.
This is a no-go zone for students: crossing the border is prohibited under any circumstances.
Dragon Terraces
Dragon Terraces and Observation Decks
Stone balconies and terraces, built specifically for those who can fly, offer views of the entire forest surrounding the Academy and the border, where magic becomes more subtle. The terraces are designed to allow even large dragons to land comfortably: the edges are reinforced with enchanted stone that can withstand their weight and claws.
Why people come here:
Brax likes to sit here and look at the horizon when he needs to think.
Dragon students practice landing accurately and learning to control their momentum.
This is one of the few places where you can legally assume animal form during the day.
Library of Shadows
Library of Shadows (lower level)
This isn't the library where you sit with your textbooks in the main hall. This is a secret underground wing, accessible only by special permission from the Council. Dangerous knowledge is kept there: books that whisper, scrolls that change meaning when read alone, and tomes of prophecies whose pages appear and disappear.
Who goes there:
Sister Lyra, the archivist, because only she knows how to "calm" the books.
Those who seek answers to dangerous questions - and often find more than they wanted.
Abandoned classrooms
Abandoned classrooms in the West Wing
This is a part of the Academy that was officially "closed for renovations" ten years ago, but everyone knows the magic there is simply too unstable. The walls flicker in places, as if they're displaying a different reality, and in some rooms, time seems to flow slightly slower.
Why do people go there:
To hide from the duty officers and calmly practice spells that are prohibited in regular classes.
To find old teaching artifacts: forgotten potion-making kits and cracked storage crystals still lie in the cabinets.
Chizhana
Chizhana (Chizhik) is the heart of the team and a sudden force
Race: Werefox. In human form, she is small, agile, and very fast, and in her bestial form, she is nearly invisible in the foliage and knows how to hide her tracks.
Magic: illusions and optical illusions. She can trick an enemy into seeing something else for a few seconds—enough time for her allies to escape or attack.
Personality: cheerful, talkative, loves to joke, but at a critical moment becomes frighteningly collected.
Trait: She has a habit of fiddling with the end of her braid when she's nervous. Friends know that if Chizhana stops twirling her braid, it's serious. A typical line: "I'm not a hero. I just don't want anything to happen to you. So stand behind me and let me pretend no one's here."
Yuta is Elda's friend
Yuta is the brains of the company and the keeper of secrets.
Race: A human with the gift of seeing magical traces (she notices where someone has cast a spell, even if it was a week ago).
Magic: not combat, but research. She can "read" a spell by the residual traces it leaves and determine who cast it.
Personality: Quiet but tenacious. She doesn't push ahead, but she remembers everything: who said what to whom, who went where, what books they checked out from the library.
Trait: She wears glasses with special lenses that enhance her gift. When she takes them off, she looks like an ordinary girl, but that's deceptive. Typical line: "You think he's gone? No. His magic still hangs in the hallway like the smell of smoke. He was here, and he'll be back."
Sheena is Elda's friend
Shani is a cousin and first ally.
Race: half-breed (elven blood + human).
Magic: working with charonites (stones of power) and subtle light magic. It doesn't attack head-on, but highlights the enemy's weak points, making them vulnerable.
Personality: Serious, focused, and plans everything five steps ahead. Because of this, she often comes across as cold, but is willing to break any rules for her loved ones.
Her specialty: she always carries a set of three charonite stones on a chain—they jingle softly when magic is nearby. Her typical line: "Don't run into battle with your eyes closed. Give me three seconds—I'll show you where his defenses are thinnest."
Matriarch Nissa of the council.
Matriarch Nissa is the representative of the fairies and the keeper of balance.
Race: A high fairy, but not one for glitter and illusion. Her magic is silence, balance, and the ability to discern where the balance is disturbed.
What she does: Ensures that no single race gains too much power on the Council and that conflicts are resolved before they escalate into wars. She often acts as a voice of reason when Jonathan is too strict or Torvin too hot-blooded.
Personality: Soft on the outside, but steely on the inside. She speaks in riddles, but there's always a clue in those riddles.
A typical line: "Balance isn't when everyone's happy. Balance is when no one is destroyed. Remember that when you choose a side."
Arden Cross - from the council
Arden Cross is the supervisor of security and discipline.
Arden Cross, Security and Discipline Supervisor
Race: former guard, half-breed (he has the blood of fairies and werewolves), so he feels magic and instincts equally well.
What he does: Responsible for patrols, duty officers, and internal investigations. If someone skips class (like Jessa and Brax) or causes chaos in the hallways, that's his responsibility. He doesn't so much punish as teach them to think about consequences.
Personality: Calm but stern. He doesn't shout, but one look from him is enough to make a student stop smiling. However, he does have a weakness: he secretly feeds the school's guardian spirits, believing that even small creatures deserve respect.
A typical line: "You think you're hiding because you're invisible. But the scent of fear gives you away better than any footprint. Tell the truth, and we'll figure out how to fix it."
Sister Lyra - from the council
Sister Lyra is an archivist and keeper of prophecies.
Sister Lyra is an archivist and keeper of prophecies.
Race: Ancient Priestess (no one knows her age; she wears long grey robes, always carrying a book or scroll).
What he does: Maintains the Academy's records, deciphers ancient prophecies, and ensures that ancient artifacts don't fall into the wrong hands.
Personality: Quiet but tenacious. Memorizes every detail. She may seem aloof, but in reality, she cares about the Academy more than anyone else.
A typical line: "Prophecies are like mirrors: you can see both the truth and your fears in them. Don't believe what you want to see. Look at the cracks."
Torvin from the council
Master Torvin is a representative of the dragon community.
an ancient werewolf dragon (in human form - large, gray-haired, with a heavy gaze).
What she does: Protects the interests of all werewolves, and especially dragons, on the Council. Ensures training is safe and that flying doesn't interfere with other races. She often argues with Jonathan: not because she wants to rebel, but because she knows what it's like to carry immense power within herself and fear losing it.
Personality: A man of few words, but when he speaks, everyone listens. He respects courage and detests cowardice and ostentation.
A typical line: "A dragon learns to fly by falling. But I won't let anyone crash because of someone else's carelessness. If you take wings, you take responsibility."
Elara Wayne - from the council
Professor Elara Wayne is a boundary guardian and elementalist mage (specializing in air and earth).
What she does: Ensures that the Academy's magic doesn't "leak" into the human world and that no students cross the forbidden zones. She's the first to notice anomalies near the border—like the dark mage Jessa and Brax encountered.
Personality: Strict but fair. She speaks little, but every word weighs like a stone. She dislikes panic and demands facts.
A typical line: "If you see a shadow at the edge, it's either an illusion or a threat. There's no third option. Tell me everything: the color, the movement, the smell—even if it seems like nonsense."
Kael
A master severer, a specialist in breaking magical bonds. Neither a teacher nor a Council member—he's only called upon in extreme cases.
Race/magic type: unknown. His magic isn't about power, but about precision: he can find the "seams" in spells and carefully undo them.
Appearance: Tall, thin, seemingly composed of sharp angles. Always wearing a dark robe with a tight hood. His eyes are barely visible, and his voice is quiet, even, and without intonation.
Personality: reserved, extremely businesslike. Doesn't like unnecessary words, doesn't make promises, and doesn't offer consolation. He gets the job done and leaves.
Attitude toward the Academy: Neutral. He's not here for politics or for the students—he's here to clean up any traces of danger.
Peculiarity: After his rituals, the air is tinged with the scent of ozone and cold ash. Objects near him become slightly colder for a few minutes.
Treatment
At the Academy of the Supernatural, there are no ordinary doctors with stethoscopes—healing is done with magic. The Healing Corps is responsible for the students' health, and they employ not just medics, but mage-healers with specialized skills for different races.
Different injuries require different specialists. A werewolf's fracture will heal with a single spell, while a dragon with a scale burn requires a completely different ritual. That's why the infirmary has several healers: one specializes in magical poisonings, another in transformation injuries, and a third in curses and hexes.
The infirmary isn't a ward, but a magical space. It has special walls that dampen excess magic (to prevent an injured student from accidentally detonating anything), and beds with enchanted mattresses that help the body recover faster.
Not only treatment, but also prevention. Healers conduct regular checkups to ensure students aren't overtaxing their abilities, or that anyone has hidden curses or magical exhaustion. They pay particular attention to those with very strong ancestral magic, like Jessa and Misha, as it can be dangerous for the owner.
Emergencies. If someone is seriously injured (like Fern with her burns), senior healing masters step in—they can even temporarily "freeze" the wound to ensure time to transport the victim to the Academy's most advanced healing wing.
Lienda Lebron is the mother of Misha and Jessa.
Lienda Lebron is the mother of Misha and Jessa.
Lienda was the one who hid Misha in the human world for many years to protect her from the dangers of the Academy and from those who hunted the twins. Because of this, the sisters grew up apart and didn't know each other for a long time. Lienda is extremely brave and selfless: she was willing to sacrifice everything to keep her girls safe.
Now that the sisters are together, Lienda tries to be their support and help them come to terms with the fact that their destinies are closely linked to great magic and great threats.
Jonathan LeBron is Jessa and Misha's father.
Jonathan LeBron is Jessa and Misha's father.
He is the head of the Academy Council and is very strict, but not heartless. For him, the safety of the world and his students comes first, so he often seems cold and overly demanding. Especially toward his own daughters: he doesn't want anyone to exploit their power (and the sisters have enormous strength) for their own ends.
Jessa constantly argues with him about this: she feels like her dad doesn't trust her. Misha, on the other hand, tries to understand him and not let him down—she wants to prove she can be responsible.
Advice
The Academy of Supernatural Council is the school's governing body, ensuring that magic doesn't leak into the human world and that students don't cause disaster "for fun."
The Head of the Council (in the series, Jonathan LeBron, Jessa's father) is the final authority on the most contentious issues, balancing strict rules with the fact that teenagers should still be teenagers. His word is law, but he often listens to others. The Elemental Masters and Boundary Guardians are those stern teachers who know the invisible line between the Academy grounds and the outside world. If someone crosses this line (like that dark mage at the border), they are the first to react.
Representatives of races—werewolves, dragons, mages, and fairies—have their own delegates on the Council. This is to ensure that no group feels "second-class": for example, if a new rule about shapeshifting is introduced, the voice of the wolf and the voice of the dragon must be heard. Archivists and Prophecy Keepers are the guardians of ancient scrolls and secret knowledge. They are constantly frowning, adjusting their glasses, and reminding, "And the prophecy of 1342 says that..." They are the first to sound the alarm if they see any coincidences with something dangerous. They meet in the Circle Hall—a table without corners stands in the center of the room, so that no one sits "at the top," and the symbol of their family glows above each chair. They discuss everything from new curricula to whether dragons should be allowed to train above the forest (Jessa and Brax would definitely vote in favor). Decisions are made by majority vote, but the Head has the right of veto – and he uses it when things smell of real trouble.
Guardians of the Council of the Supernatural.
Part of the Council. These aren't hired guards, but representatives of authority in the world of supernatural beings. They enforce the Council's decisions and ensure that rules, especially those concerning dangerous abilities and ancient prophecies, are not violated.
They have power and status. Because in
The Academy trains creatures with very diverse and sometimes destructive magic (weredragons, vampires, etc.), and the guardians must be strong enough to restrain intruders. These are often experienced and powerful supernatural beings.
They perform various tasks. They don't just stand at the entrance. In the series, they are called upon to detain students if they pose a threat, to escort VIPs, or to investigate serious incidents.
What do they wear?
The guards' distinctive style makes them look imposing and recognizable, their uniform being part of their authority:
Dark, formal suits. Guards most often wear outfits in shades of dark blue, black, or charcoal gray. The silhouettes are clean, without unnecessary pretentiousness, emphasizing their role as a force of order.
Armor elements. To show they're prepared for combat, they add protective details to their gear: stiff shoulder pads, thick gloves, and sometimes chest plates. These aren't knightly armor, but rather stylized protective inserts.
Insignia. The most important element is the Council's insignia. This could be a brooch, an emblem on the chest, or a distinctive pattern on a cloak or mantle. These insignia immediately indicate that you are not just a powerful mage, but a representative of the law.
Cloaks and capes. Many guards wear long cloaks. In the visual language of animation, this is a classic technique for making a character appear more monumental and mysterious.
How the severity of punishment depends on the offense
How the severity of punishment depends on the offense
Violating uniform, being late, or minor altercations are usually met with a reprimand, extra shifts, or a temporary reduction in student ratings.
Losing control over a transformation or power is a serious offense: abilities may be temporarily blocked and additional training with a power-control instructor may be prescribed.
Revealing secrets to people, dangerous rituals
Such actions are considered a threat to the entire community. The penalties are extremely severe: isolation, loss of access to key areas of the Academy, referral to the Council, and even exile to the Monastery.
Punishments
Punishments.
Deprivation of magical energy or abilities. This is one of the most common and tangible punishments. For example, Headmaster Cristov can use special artifacts (like a baton or scepter) to temporarily drain the powers of misbehaving students. For a mage or werewolf, being deprived of their magic is more than just a fine; it's a feeling of vulnerability and the loss of a part of themselves.
Arrest and isolation in magical cells. Those found guilty can be placed in special cells or even in the Monastery—the place where bearers of the Dragon Seal are kept. Isolation here serves both as punishment and as a precaution: if a student loses control of a dangerous power, they are removed from the others.
Penalties as a percentage of magical powers.
Access to special areas is restricted. For example, after risky actions, students may be denied access to the Hub (the gateway to other supernatural enclaves). Access is denied under penalty of expulsion—a serious restriction, as the Hub is important both for learning and for connecting with the students' home worlds.
Community service with increased danger. Instead of boring shifts, students can be sent on missions that require power control: for example, assisting in areas with unstable magic or working with difficult-to-control creatures. This is both a punishment and a harsh lesson.
The threat of expulsion or transfer to the Monastery. For those bearing the Seal of the Dragon, this is the most terrifying thing: ending up in the Monastery means being cut off from the world and loved ones, as well as being at risk of being controlled by dark forces.
Disciplinary hearings with the Council. Since the Academy is under the jurisdiction of the Council of Supernatural Beings, serious offenses are dealt with at the Council level. This is not just a "reprimand from the director," but an official decision that can impact the student's entire future.
Rules.
Rules.
A uniform is mandatory. Students wear identical clothing to emphasize their affiliation with the Academy and to blur the distinctions between different types of supernatural creatures (werewolves, vampires, etc.).
Secrecy and concealment from the public. The world of supernatural beings is hidden from ordinary people by magic. Revealing this secret to the public is considered a very serious offense.
Separation of Dragon Seal bearers. This is one of the Council's most important and strictest rules. Those who bear the Dragon Seal (like the twin sisters Misha and Jessa) are kept apart. It is believed that together they could awaken an ancient evil or fulfill a dangerous prophecy. It was because of this rule that the sisters were separated at birth.
Control of transformations and abilities.
Students must learn to control their powers. Losing control, especially in public places, is severely punished.
Respect for hierarchy and submission to the Council.
The Council, led by Jessa's father, Jonathan LeBron, sets the laws for all supernatural beings, and the Academy is obligated to enforce them.
Dangerous rituals are prohibited. Any actions that could attract the attention of dark forces or upset the balance are prohibited by the Academy administration.
Places
Approach to the academy. The road to the school is decorated with trees of unnatural colors. Along the path there are poles with banners, and at their tops are Chinese-style lanterns. Marble Bridge. A large marble bridge is thrown over structures resembling aqueducts. Intricate patterns run along the railings. Amphitheater. A large statue is installed in front of the entrance. Statues of the founders. Sculptures of those who founded the educational institution are placed along the entire outer perimeter of the academy. Dormitories. Student dormitories consist of four separate buildings - each intended for its own group (based on the year of study). The buildings are tall - 20 stories. Each floor has about 60 rooms (58 of which are occupied, 2 are spare). Grand Hall. The main space for meetings, ceremonies, and the daily life of students. Classrooms. Separate rooms where classes in different subjects are held. Dining Hall. The area where students and teachers eat. The director's office. A separate room from which the academy is managed. Training grounds. Separate areas where students hone their abilities—from magical feats to transformation control. The Hub. A special zone that connects the academy with other supernatural enclaves. From here, one can access other worlds, but certain conditions (such as a suitable "aura") are required. The academy itself is hidden from human sight by a cloaking spell—its founders (representatives of various supernatural races: mages, werewolves, vampires, fairies, and others) created the school so that their community could live in safety, away from prying eyes.
Behind
Behind
This is one of the few students with whom Elda has a separate, more personal line.
Age: 16 years old - the same age as Elda and the entire main group.
She's not a combat witch or a werewolf, but she's keenly aware of the magic around her, can spot weaknesses in spells, or sense surges of power. Sometimes, this helps her realize before others that something is amiss at the Academy. Her relationship with Elda isn't a childhood friendship, nor is it a rivalry. Their bond is built on one important factor: Zadi doesn't judge Elda for whose daughter she is. For many at the Academy, Elda's status is a barrier, but for Zadi, it's simply a fact. It's precisely this neutrality and warmth that makes her support so valuable. Her character
Empathetic and sensitive. Zadi knows how to listen without interrupting and doesn't give empty advice. When Elda is torn between duty and conscience, Zadi doesn't ask "what will you do?" but first asks "how are you now?"
Calm but firm. She doesn't jump into conflicts, but if someone is being unfairly bullied, she can calmly and confidently put them in their place.
Practical. She doesn't like drama for the sake of it. If a problem can be solved with action rather than words, she'll choose action.
She's a bit reserved. She keeps her distance until she's sure someone is sincere. Because of this, she doesn't have a ton of friends, but a couple of people she truly trusts. Appearance: Hair: Short, asymmetrical, dark brown with a warm copper tint; bangs fall over one eye.
Eyes: amber-brown, attentive and calm look.
Skin: warm tone, slightly dark.
Clothing: She prefers comfortable clothes that don't hinder her movement—jeans with patch pockets, a hoodie or vest over a T-shirt, and high-top sneakers. She wears the Academy uniform, but adds her own details, like an armband or a brooch. She senses magic and surges of power. Zadie literally "feels" when a spell is cast nearby, a portal opens, or someone uses powerful magic. It's like an internal compass: she understands not "who is casting magic," but "where and how strong the magic is currently."
Notice weak points.
Supportive mentors and curators
Supportive mentors and curators
There are several other adults at the Academy who don't teach full-fledged courses but play an important role: the Dorm Curators. They oversee daily life, help newcomers adapt, and are sometimes the first adults to turn to if you don't want to go to the principal. They're often the ones who notice that a student isn't sleeping or is overtraining.
Librarians and archivists. While not technically teachers, they provide students with access to rare books and help them find information that isn't covered in class. Elda often works with them to obtain needed information for the Pack.
Teacher of Supernatural Etiquette and Protocols
Teacher of Etiquette and Protocols of the Supernatural Society
Another nameless teacher whose lessons are often considered boring by students, but they turn out to be unexpectedly useful.
What he does: Explains how clans are structured, what treaties exist between races, how to behave at official receptions, and why certain topics (like the Dragon Mark) are considered taboo. Classes often explore historical precedents and real-life conflicts that began with a "wrong word." Personality: Meticulous, he values order and precision. He literally forces his students to memorize phrases for different situations and practice bows and greetings.
Relationships: Elda feels confident in these lessons—she likes the structure and clear rules. For others, it's more of a test of patience, but they later realize that knowing etiquette has saved them from serious trouble more than once.
Professor Fern
Professor Fern (Natural Magic teacher)
What she does: Teaches how to work with natural forces, control plants, sense energy flows, and interact with the fairy world. Her subject is especially important to Jay because it helps him maintain a connection with his native fairy realm and avoid losing himself between the two worlds.
Personality: gentle, patient, and very attentive to detail. Unlike the strict transformation trainers, she strives to approach each student individually. She often notices things that others miss: for example, she can spot Misha's magical flow being off-kilter and suggest special exercises. Relationships with students: They love her for not pressuring them or shaming them for mistakes. For the "Flock," she becomes a kind of quiet support: you can come to her if you feel like you're losing control but don't want the director to know.
Transformation Control Teachers
We don't know the names of the transformation control teachers (coaching staff), so let it be.
Arma-26 years old magic unknown black clothes.
Valt - age, unknown magic, wears blue clothes.
Ker-age unknown healing magic wears blue clothes.
Local age, magic unknown, wears blue clothes.
A focus on safety. They teach not just how to "transform," but how to do so in a controlled manner, so as not to harm oneself or others. This is especially important for Jessa and Misha: their dual natures (wolf and dragon) are rare, and standard methods don't work for them.
Strict training. Classes often take the form of brutal physical and mental exercises. Teachers demand discipline and quickly suppress any attempts to use force for mischief.
Relationships with the main characters. They treat Jessa with wary respect: she's strong but impulsive. They treat Misha with heightened scrutiny: her abilities have been blocked for a long time, so she requires individualized approaches. The teachers sometimes seem cold, but this is due to their responsibility: an uncontrolled transformation can be deadly.
It's not just one teacher, but an entire team of trainers. The series features group and individual training sessions, where the instructors ensure their students maintain control during the transformation.
Focus on discipline. The coaches are strict and methodical: safety is their top priority, so they discourage any impulsive attempts to use force. This creates a difficult relationship with Jessa, who is used to acting on emotion.
A special approach for Misha. Because Misha's abilities were blocked for a long time, she requires additional training. The trainers devote a lot of attention to her and select specific exercises.
Professor Santra Khubari
Professor Santra Hubari (History Lecturer)
What she does: Teaches the history of the supernatural world. In her classes, children learn about ancient prophecies, ancient wars, and legends of the Dragon King.
Personality: calm, self-confident, intelligent, and compassionate. Unlike Christophe, she tries not to pressure her students, but to help them understand complex issues.
Relationships with students: People turn to her for answers when the Academy's official line seems suspect. She doesn't always openly argue with Christophe, but she often gives students hints "between the lines." For Misha, her lessons become one of the first bridges to a new world—through history, she begins to understand who she is and where her powers come from.
Christophe
Christoph (full name: Archibald Ulysses Christoff)
-Appearance
Christophe has a memorable, slightly sinister appearance:
Skin: light green.
Eyes: yellowish-green.
Hair: Wavy, purple, cut to chin length with light purple streaks.
Overall, he appears to be a powerful mage who is used to inspiring respect and even fear.
-Character
Authoritarian. He believes that order and strict rules are the only way to protect the world from chaos. Therefore, he often acts ruthlessly, justifying it with the "greater good."
Pragmatic. For him, results are more important than emotions. He's willing to sacrifice others' feelings if it brings him closer to his goal.
Ambitious. Christophe wants to control forces he considers too dangerous and trusts no one, not even the Academy Council.
-Abilities and power
As the director of the Academy and a powerful mage, Christophe wields great influence and considerable powers:
Control over the Academy. He has sole control over the educational process, access to archives, and disciplinary measures.
High-level magic. Christophe knows rare and powerful spells, including those related to the Dragon Mark and ancient prophecies.
-Relationship
With Elda (his daughter). This is the most dramatic storyline. Christophe places great hopes on Elda, wanting her to be a worthy heir. But his secrecy and harshness alienate him from his daughter. Elda is torn between her love for her father and the realization that his methods are wrong. As a result, she often goes behind his back to help her friends.
-With the students. The students fear and respect Christophe, but they don't trust him. For many, he's a symbol of the harsh system they have to fight against.
Elda Christov
Elda Kristov
-Age 16 years.
-Elda is the director's daughter.
Appearance: Elda has dark hair, usually pulled back neatly to keep it out of the way. She dresses formally, similar to a school uniform, even in her free time—this emphasizes her discipline.
Personality: reserved, collected, a bit of a perfectionist. She may appear cold or arrogant, but this is simply her defensiveness and her habit of keeping everything under control. Beneath this armor lies a very loyal friend.
Magic and knowledge. Elda is a very powerful witch, but her main strength lies not in her powerful combat spells, but in her profound knowledge. She is well versed in the history of the supernatural world, ancient prophecies, and the intricacies of magic. She is often the one who finds the right book or understands the meaning of a certain mark.
-Tactical thinking. Elda often acts as the "brains" of the group: she plans how to infiltrate a restricted area or suggests an enemy weakness that can be exploited.
-With Jessa and Misha and her gang. She hates them, just like her friends.
With her father (Director Christophe). It's complicated. On the one hand, Elda wants to live up to her father's expectations and be a worthy heir. On the other, she often disagrees with his methods and the Academy's overly strict rules. This leads to conflicts between them, and Elda is forced to go behind her father's back to help her friends.
If Max is the “voice of reason” who says, “Let’s not get into trouble,” then Elda is the “archivist and strategist” who says, “I know where to go.”
Maximus (Max) Balari
Maximus (Max) Balari
-Age: 16 years.
Appearance: Long dark blue hair, half of which he wears in a bun. His skin is pale, his eyes are violet—but they turn gold when Max uses his powers of persuasion. In his vampire form, he has gray skin, dark red hair, pointed ears, and a mark on his forehead. In everyday life, he prefers dark clothes and has a stylish, yet understated appearance.
Personality: Calm, reasonable, often tries to keep his friends from reckless adventures (though not always successfully). At the same time, he is loyal and caring, especially towards his brother. He can be serious, but has a sense of humor.
-Relationship:
-With Braxton (Brax): the brothers have a very close, warm relationship. Max often covers for Brax and tries to guide him, and Brax, although he pretends not to need his protection, truly values his brother.
-With Misha: a romantic relationship develops between them - Max supports Misha when she feels like an outsider at the Academy and helps her believe in herself.
-With Jessa: He treats her with respect, although he sometimes disapproves of her impulsive actions. He tries to smooth over any rough edges between the sisters.
In "The Pack": for everyone, he is like a "voice of reason" that they listen to, even if they don't immediately agree.
Traits and abilities: Max is a vampire. He has:
Super Speed: Can move almost instantly if he has enough magical energy.
-Power of Persuasion: By looking into their eyes, they can convince a person or supernatural being to believe and do what they say. Under the influence of this power, the victim's eyes also turn golden.
He's not afraid of daylight, and instead of human blood, he drinks hemoglobin supplements—so the vampire stereotypes are a bit inverted here.
Jay
Jay
-Age: 16 years.
Appearance: Wavy white shoulder-length hair, half pulled back into a braid, with several loose braids on the other side; lavender skin. At school, she wears a uniform with trousers; outside of school, she wears a gray jacket, dark gray trousers, and gray (not silver) jewelry. She usually doesn't wear shoes.

Personality: More reasonable and cautious than Jessa. At first, she feels like an outsider in the supernatural world, but gradually gains confidence.
Relationships: Jessa's twin sister. Initially, she resents her sister, suspecting her of being indifferent to the feelings of others (like Terra), and even enters into an alliance with Elda. Later, trust is restored between them.
