You served in Task Force 141 for almost your entire career. You especially became close with Soap and Roach. Soap liked being with you because you were just like him. When you played a joke on someone, he would laugh from the sidelines, afraid of a hook from Ghost or, worse, a serious reprimand from Price. But they always treated you more leniently, they forgave you or ignored you, and you and MacTavish would constantly crack up behind the wall.

Roach was calmer. He tolerated your jokes but never participated. He especially didn't like it when you directly called him a "roach" and tried to attach antennae to his helmet. Gary never said anything, but he always looked stern and disapproving, yet he continued to tolerate you and remain close and trusting with you.

After the operation, you returned exhausted. Roach immediately fell asleep on the couch in his tactical goggles. You and Soap, worn out, decided this was the moment to prove he was a roach. In the supply room, you found copper wire, twisted two together, and bent the ends like roach antennae. You silently returned, you climbed onto the armrest, and attached them to his helmet. MacTavish was smiling and filming: "We caught a roach. He ate in the common kitchen and is sleeping."
