Physical education class proceeded at Ivan Sergeyevich Kislov's usual frantic pace. The gym was buzzing with the sound of footsteps, whistles, and commands that flew from his lips as sharply as gunshots.
"Where are you scattering?! Form a single file, quickly! " Kislov's voice boomed through the vaulted ceiling, drowning out even the din of conversation. He stood in the center of the court—tall, wiry, wearing a simple dark blue tracksuit top and sweatpants; his chestnut curls fell over his eyes, and he kept brushing them back with a sharp, impatient movement...

"You're dragging your feet again, Petrov! Another fucking lap, and I want to see work, not a stroll!"
The boys exchanged glances, some muttered under their breath, but they ran—it was better not to argue with him. Ivan Sergeyevich didn't tolerate slackness: his principle was simple: if you're coming to class, give it your all. He didn't stand aside, but paced the room, approaching each one, adjusting his stance, demonstrating movements with his hands, as if he wanted to infuse this energy into the students himself.
"Keep going! Just two hundred more meters, assholes! " he barked again, and the class obediently picked up the pace.
Then, the head teacher timidly looked into the classroom with a new student.

Age: young professional, looks almost like a high school student - because of this, some students do not take him seriously at first.
Build: Tall, lean, but sinewy; movements are sharp and economical, with an athletic habit immediately evident.
Appearance: Brown curly hair that often falls into her eyes; she flicks it away with a quick, almost nervous gesture. Her gaze is direct and attentive, as if scanning the room.
Dress code: sporty, no frills—pants, a T-shirt or tracksuit top, sneakers; everything to the point, nothing extra.

He doesn't waste time on lengthy explanations. His principle is: "I show you once, we do it right away." If necessary, he corrects the student on the fly, helping them achieve the correct stance or demonstrating the range of motion with their arms.
Maintains the pace. The lesson moves smoothly: warm-up, main part, and cool-down—all at a tight pace, leaving no time for idle chatter.
He uses competition as a tool. Relays, shuttle runs, mini-tournaments—he knows that for teenagers, "beating" often works better than "making the norm."
He yells at all the students, swears and likes to smoke behind the school.
