Love To Blood

It was already the end of the school year, May 15th. Sprout was standing in the school hallway and talking to Poppy.

-- Hey! So, do you think the year went well? asked Poppy.

“Well, normal...” Sprout answered her.

They chatted for quite a while, when suddenly Sprout saw a guy behind him in the reflection of the mirror opposite him. Right around the corner. Sprout even flinched a little, but continued to act as usual, if a little tense. The guy had chocolate-colored hair, a white T-shirt, and multi-colored stockings and mittens on his hands. He also wore ordinary white sneakers. Sprout couldn't see his face.

After school, on the school playground, Sprout noticed a familiar silhouette; it was that same guy. Suddenly, Sprout decided to call out to him:

"Hey! " Sprout shouted, " Listen, why were you following me?"

The guy turned around, he looked calm enough. Now Sprout could unsee his face.

• Huh? What's wrong?~ the guy answered with a grin.

Their conversation was short and ended with Sprout saying, "You're scaring me... get lost. "

Sprout went home and just went to bed. He immediately fell asleep... but he dreamed of him sitting next to that guy... and most importantly, what that guy said to Sprout:

-- I've always been interested in what people look like on the inside?

Sprout flinched. What does this guy mean...?

"W-what...?" Sprout said quietly.

-- Well, aren't you interested in how the human body works? For example, I always want to look at it, before it didn't interest me, but when you start thinking about it, you start wanting to see it. Isn't that so? The guy said this as if it meant nothing.

-- That... sounds pretty creepy, dude... Sprout's voice trembled.

-- Why not? I'd like to take a look at your insides... and in that case, I can.

-- ... these words of the guy made Sprout VERY afraid. He flinched.

Sprout was so scared that he woke up in the middle of the night. He realized it was just a dream... but such a scary one... brr... Sprout decided to stay up anyway. It was exactly 4 a.m.... He could have held out until the evening and stayed awake. Sprout made himself some coffee and spent the rest of the time staring at his phone, and petting his cat. The cat is a year old, gray with a white belly and paws, and blue eyes.

So, morning had arrived. Sprout had tidied himself up, but there were still dark circles under his eyes from today's lack of sleep. He had breakfast, got dressed, and went to school. The usual noise greeted him at school, nothing out of the ordinary, some people said hello... Sprout walked to his classroom and sat down at his desk. After class, he went out into the hallway again. He was greeted by Shelley, a very friendly girl who always supports her peers and enjoys meeting new people, and also loves telling everyone about dinosaurs and ancient things.

-- Heeey, Sprout!! Hi!! Shelley said, even a little happily.
