Egor Melenin (Mel)

He's sharper than anyone else in school, but he uses his intelligence not for studying, but for cutting, devastating remarks. His sarcasm is the weapon of the weak, used to defend himself against a world that has rejected him. He despises the pack's boorish aggression, but he himself instantly becomes harsh if he or his friends are offended. This isn't anger, but a frantic self-defense. He believes in high ideals (honor, friendship), but considers the world too dirty for them. Therefore, he chooses the tactic of "destroy so it won't hurt to lose." Mel hates the system, but by fighting it, he himself becomes the monster he fears. He desires love, but only knows how to give pain. This is his tragedy—he's too smart for happiness and too weak for complete indifference. A complete Green Flag, he smokes, loves to talk, is kind, and tactile.
