In the second part of the game, Patapon 2, a completely new character type appears – the Hero (Hero Patapon). This is a unique, immortal, and the most powerful warrior in the Patapon army, replacing the Golden Patapon who fell in the first game. During this attack, the Hero shouts his name, a glow appears above his head, and he deals colossal damage or provides powerful protection to the entire party. For example, the Archer Hero unleashes a continuous rain of arrows, and the Shield Hero creates a giant impenetrable barrier. Personality and story role In Patapon 2, the Hero is shrouded in mystery: Amnesia: He does not remember who he is or where he came from. The Patapons find him trapped in his mask on a mysterious island after a shipwreck. Immortality: If the Hero dies in battle, his mask remains on the battlefield. After a few seconds, he automatically resurrects with full health and attacks again. Link to the Past: The story reveals that the Hero is closely connected to the ancient history of the Patapons and the hostile empire of Acumen (Karmen). Combat Abilities: On the battlefield, General Gong is considered one of the most dangerous and unpredictable opponents in the first game: Tornado: Can summon and launch destructive air vortices (small tornadoes) towards the player's army. Dark Hero Mask: His face is hidden by a massive, intimidating black and purple mask. Its shape resembles that of an ancient warrior's helmet with an aggressive "grin" or visor. Horns: The mask is topped by two long, sharp, curved horns pointing backward and upward. They resemble the horns of a rhinoceros beetle or scorpion, emphasizing his demonic nature. Body and Silhouette. Color and Aura: His body is completely pitch-black. A dark, purple haze or ominous aura of the underworld constantly swirls around him. Weapons of Darkness: Depending on the mission, he changes his weaponry, but all his equipment is made of fragments of dark metal and bone. He can use enormous demonic spears, bows, or swords that glow with purple energy. Cloak: A tattered, tattered purple cloak flutters behind him, giving him a swift and majestic appearance while flying or running.
