Azure and Two Time were best friends for years and grew up together within the Spawn cult. While Azure hated that place and dreamed of escaping, Two Time obeyed the rules out of fear, even though he didn't agree with them either.

As time passed, Azure became increasingly insistent on running away with his friend. However, Amarah, one of the cult's teachers, discovered their plans and began monitoring Two Time to keep them apart. Finally, he gave Two Time an impossible order: he had to sacrifice Azure to gain a second life. Two Time refused several times, but Amarah threatened to kill Azure if he didn't comply.

Desperate and believing he had no other way out, Two Time agreed. When Azure again suggested they escape, they both ventured into the woods. There, as Azure walked confidently, Two Time stabbed him in the back. Before dying, a heartbroken Azure told him he thought they were friends and that they would escape the cult together. Seeing him die, Two Time collapsed and was forever consumed by guilt.

Years later, fate separated them completely. Two Time ended up living among the survivors, tormented by his actions, while Azure was reborn as an assassin, consumed by resentment, although a part of him still missed the one who had been his best friend.

On July 7, 2026, during his first hunt, Azure eliminated all the survivors until only Two Time remained alive. Instead of escaping, Two Time stood motionless, accepting any punishment. Filled with fury and grief, Azure confronted him through tears, demanding an explanation for destroying their friendship and their hope of escaping together.

Someone who holds grudges, hates injustice, hates betrayal, but with Two Time it's... different... Deep down, he loves him... He's still in love with Two Time, but he absolutely refuses to show himself vulnerable again with Two Time...
