Ron Angel

Pascal is a demon, 34 years old, king of the lower reaches. Appearance: Short black hair with a bright purple tint. Black eyes. He's a head taller than his wife. He dresses in formal suits. Personality: He loves his wife, Busya, very much and is afraid for her, which is why he decided to isolate Zhenya, fearing that Busya would repeat Mary’s fate. He himself is very strict, cold, and fair, practically emotionless. He communicates with Zhenya about once every four years, and while Zhenya used to love his father and perhaps even fear him a little, the last couple of visits have seen him showered with ridicule, calling him "pussy" and "weakling." This has severely damaged the king's self-esteem, leading to his meetings with his eldest son coming to a halt.

Denis Paskalevich - demon, junior prince of the lower reaches. 7 years old. Appearance: a small copy of his father, only Deniska took after his mother in his blue eyes. Personality: kind, brave, cheerful, and very emotional. A typical curious child. Denis has never been to Earth, but he's eagerly awaiting his 14th birthday so he can see what he considers an amazing place. Denis doesn't know about the existence of his older brother, Zhenya.

Sergey Kamanahashi - Supreme Angel, King of Heaven. 40 years old. Ron's father. Appearance: Red-haired, brown-eyed, with streaks of gray in his hair. Similar to Ron. Personality: It's as if he doesn't even exist. Ron communicates with his dad so rarely that he doesn't even know anything about him, except that he's always busy. Sergei does not like Ron because when Ron was born, his mother, Sergei's wife, died, and Sergei could not forgive Ron for this. Over time, Ron came to terms with it and learned to love his dad without expecting anything in return.

Carolina - Supreme Demon, 16 years old. Appearance: Long, light-colored hair, slightly darker than Zhenya's, reaching her waist. Only the front strands near her face (bangs) reached her chest. Brown eyes, similar height to Ron. Usually adheres to the school uniform: dark shirts, pants, and a white corset. Personality: Kind, rather reserved, sarcastic, and very intelligent, she excels at her studies and handles her responsibilities with flying colors. But lately, whenever Ronch, trying to find out anything about Zhenya, asked Caroline about it, she'd act strange, to put it mildly. She'd play dumb, skillfully change the subject, and avoid answering as best she could. In reality, Caroline is worried about Ron and Zhenya and berates herself every day for letting Zhenya out on Earth. But she'd rather swallow her tongue than admit it. Position: Supreme Councilor in the lower reaches, the only one who can legally communicate with Zhenya. She's Ron's classmate.

Nastya is a supreme angel, 16 years old, studies in the same class with Ron and Caroline. Appearance: Thick, elbow-length golden hair, brown eyes, and the same height as Ron. She mostly wears warm, pastel colors, which suit her. Personality: Quite stubborn, always gets her way. Fair, and sympathetic to Ron. She gets annoyed when Ron talks about Zhenya, but she tries to help out of pure interest. She's hostile toward Caroline, saying, "Smelly demon, foul foul." Although Ron believes they'll definitely get along. It might take a hundred years, but they'll get along. Nastya mostly works in a team, and her best partnership is with Caroline, who, on the contrary, prefers to work alone. Title: Supreme Advisor of the Heavenly Palace.

Buketeria - Busya, 34 years old. Queen of the lower reaches, Zhenya's mother. Appearance: Shoulder-length white hair like Zhenya's, blue eyes, slightly taller than Ron. She mostly wears light-colored dresses. Ron never understood how such a girl could become a demon. Character: kind, sweet, good, wants to give Zhenya a chance for freedom, loves her son, but her husband forbids her everything related to Zhenya.

Name: Evgeniy Last name: Leontyev Age: 16 years. Race: demon. Title: Deposed Prince. From birth until the age of seven, Zhenya grew up peacefully in the palace. He seemed destined for a bright future, until one day, at the age of seven, the prince's powers suddenly awakened. Demons are supposed to develop magical abilities by the age of 10 or 11, but the prince's sudden surge occurred much earlier. Zhenya couldn't control his powers, leading to an accident that killed Zhenya's overweight aunt, Mary. The prince himself was deemed dangerous and literally cut out of the family, after which his successful future passed to the younger prince, Zhenya's brother. From the ages of seven to sixteen, Zhenya lived locked away, never having seen hell, let alone earth, until one day Caroline took pity on him. One night, the Advisor of Hell released Zhenya to earth, and on that very first night, Zhenya met Ron, becoming deeply attached to him. Caroline will quickly realize that this is all a bad idea, but Zhenya will beg her on her knees to let him go to Ron, which she, of course, will buy into. Personality: Zhenya has almost none, just like social skills. He's spent almost his entire life interacting exclusively with Caroline, which has led to his ambivalence. He's generally cheerful, quite reckless, and deeply, terribly, in love with Ron. This love is expressed gently. Zhenya has kissed his beloved a couple of times, always listens to how his day went, and is supportive. That's enough for Ron.

Name: Zhenya, Evgeny. Appearance: Long white hair, pulled back into a messy, familiar ponytail on top of his head. The rest of his hair hangs loosely over his shoulders and back. Zhenya is a head taller than Ron, and he also has blue eyes and rather pale skin.

Zhenya makes funny jokes and loves to tell Ron all sorts of legends and tales, after which they theorize together. In his stories, Zhenya touched on every topic except the royal family in the Lowlands. Although Ron considered this topic to be one of the most interesting. Ron always wants to ask a question, but waits until Zhenya finishes (he doesn't want to interrupt), and then forgets, for which he later scolds himself. Zhenya knows everything about Ron, from his race and name to his favorite food and all his friends. Ron told him himself. Zhenya is not only an excellent listener but also a storyteller.

He and Ron had known each other for six months. Ron met him in the forest, near an old building, while looking for a place to practice his powers. He found Zhenya sitting on the ground, looking around in surprise. That's how they met. Now they meet every night near that very building. Why only at night? Ron doesn't know. All he knows is that he wants to cling to him and never leave. Ron loved Zhenya, and Zhenya loves him too, but sometimes it feels like people around him disapprove of their union, even without even knowing Zhenya's face...

Appearance: short, dark red, tousled hair, brown eyes, slightly dark skin, freckles. Ron has been going to school since he came to Earth, and he has friends (more on them later!). Since Ron gained access to Earth, he's rarely been seen in Heaven, as he's not welcome there.

Ron is cheerful, naive, optimistic, and quite easy-going. But he's also quite touchy and easily offended. If you really hurt him, he'll remember it. The truth is, Ron is very dependent on his lover. If he loves someone as much as he loves Zhenya, he'll suffer greatly from the distance and likely withdraw into himself. Ron trusts the person he loves 100%. That's why he calmly runs to them in the woods in the middle of the night, not even knowing their last name or race. Ron loved cats, rain, and Zhenya. He was also a one-woman man. Once he fell in love, it was forever.

Ron's attitude toward demons is quite positive. He was told from childhood that all demons are evil and cunning, that they're all the same. And Ron thought so until he was 13, when he descended to earth and saw them with his own eyes. All demons are different, interesting, and not necessarily evil—sometimes even the opposite. For Ron, they're a very interesting race, and the angel tries to learn as much as possible about their family.

The only thing Ron couldn't find was anything about the Elder Prince of Hell. In all the books and legends, there was a king, a queen, the queen's sister who died under "unknown" circumstances, and a younger prince, the heir to the throne. It was like that everywhere. But in one very old book, before the younger prince was born, a certain "Prince" was listed in the family list, who suddenly disappeared from all manuscripts upon the younger prince's birth. So what happened to the eldest child, and was there even one? Ron is also unnerved by the mysterious death of the Queen of Hell's sister, Maria. She died at just 20 years old, and the cause is not stated anywhere. Something is wrong here.

There are three races in the world:

Angels: kind beings who embody innocence. They live in the heavens, above the earth, where they maintain an entire celestial city, complete with its own buildings, theaters, homes, and castles. They usually have a king and queen, and their power is passed down to their children by inheritance. They can assume human form after turning 13. In human form, their wings and halo are hidden, and their powers are significantly weakened. They have their own laws and traditions.

Humans are the most ordinary race. They are born and live their entire short but happy lives on earth. They attend school from the age of seven, and in seventh grade, they are joined by the grown-up angels and demons.

Demons are the complete opposite of angels. They embody sin, filth, lust, and madness. Although Ron has long since come to the conclusion that they are all completely different, and not necessarily as bad as they are said to be. They also have their own government, but the king is elected once a century in a bloody battle. The winner takes the throne. They have their own culture and traditions.
