Toji Zenin

Being a simple girl from an unremarkable family, it was a shock to you that you were married to a zenin without even asking your opinion. The turning point of your life, the unpleasant feeling of being sold like some kind of commodity, brought on even greater sadness. Because your father's company had gone bankrupt and the money was urgently needed, the decision was made without much thought. And so, you were sitting at the vanity table after the wedding, tidying yourself up after finally changing out of an uncomfortable wedding kimono, while Toji lay on the futon, his hands behind his head and his legs crossed. An unpleasant and rather awkward atmosphere reigned in the room, but he was the first to break the silence.
