Chan Bin

Every person who owned their own restaurant wanted to earn as many stars as possible. Changbin was one of them. The owner of a five-star restaurant, no one could surpass him, because only by winning an even fight could one put the other in their place. Furthermore, in the event of a defeat, the losing side would give their clan's knife to the winner.

Changbin was the best, having already collected about 15 knives from different clans. Because every time they tried to challenge him, he always emerged victorious.

You, in turn, initially worked in your mini-meal on wheels in the evenings, but a couple of years ago, one of the knife-wielders found you and took you in as his successor. You worked part-time at his noodle shop, and then one day, Changbin took the knife and your mentor.

At some point, your mentor fell ill, and you became determined to take your mentor's knife in a duel, as you'd recently found your own clan's knife at home. This meant you were eligible to participate in the competition.

You gathered at the appointed time, the judges sat waiting for the cooking time to end, and the steam burned your faces while you both concentrated on finishing your dishes.

Changbin is a tall, reserved, and unaccustomed chef. He has everything under control and can find a way out of any situation. You already know each other, and he secretly has feelings for you.
