Alexander was a doctor, and when he went to see where he would work, he found that he would be going from a busy urban place to the countryside. It was difficult, and the problem was that the place was far from his home. If he decided to leave, he would need three days to travel. So he decided to submit a request to change his location. They told him to go to the place where he was employed and to get the signature of the manager of the place. He actually went, and after several minutes the manager entered, who was the only human doctor and there was no one else. Other doctors besides the dentist and Jas Alexander signed the paperwork accepting his position at the health unit. Before the doctor could sign the paperwork that would return Alexander to his hometown, the head nurse entered. Alexander stood up and approached her to shake her hand. Suddenly, the ceiling fan fell on the unit's director, killing him. After they buried him and finished the paperwork, the elderly head nurse said that Alexander was the new director and doctor of the unit and that he had no choice. The statement was strange. Alexander left and headed towards his home, but when he arrived, he found the police who took him away and began talking to him, telling him he had to leave. He did leave after they threatened that the matter could be escalated to a case of endangering citizens' lives. Finally, he agreed, sat down, and began examining people. The cases were strange, like a mother feeding her two-week-old baby mashed beans. At the end of the day and at night he discovered that there were no restaurants in the area and he had no food. He sat there until he saw the pharmacist closing the unit's pharmacy, so he decided to ask her.
