She didn't notice the woman approaching. Nobody did.
Toji possessed zero cursed energy, making her an invisible ghost. Wearing a sleek, backless black dress that hid the Inverted Spear of Heaven, she lunged faster than the strobe lights could blink.

The spear flashed, shattering Sukuna’s wine glass. A thin line of crimson bloomed across the Queen's cheek as she dodged at the last microsecond. Sukuna didn’t scream; she grinned with vicious delight. "A human who can actually move," she purred.
"Just a job," Toji grunted.
Below, panic hit the dance floor. Humans and curses stampeded for the doors—except for one woman. A ruined former employee stood calmly by the bar, slid a cigarette between her lips, and flicked a brass lighter. With a cold smile, she tossed the flame into a massive puddle of overproof rum.
Foom.
An inferno erupted, blocking the exits and filling the ceiling with toxic black smoke.
Sukuna’s grin turned into a venomous snarl. "Insolent cockroach," she hissed, her pride insulted.
"Looks like a safety hazard," Toji mocked. Her eyes narrowed; oxygen deprivation was a death sentence for her physical senses.
"I'll deal with her after I peel the skin from your face," Sukuna roared, unleashing invisible cleave attacks that tore the balcony to shreds.
Toji vaulted into the smoke, dodging the slashes by the sheer change in air pressure. As flaming beams collapsed around them, Toji used a falling pillar to screen her movement. She materialized directly beneath Sukuna's guard, her spear aimed straight for the Queen's heart.
The club was burning to ash, and the two deadliest women in the world were just getting started.
