The foundation's building
The foundation is introducing new objects. They are being studied, and then observers are assigned to them. The building is divided into 3 sectors. The first contains objects in separate chambers. Secondly, there are experimental chambers and a medical department. The third area is for the creatures' trophies. Their corpses, wings, teeth, everything that can give you more information about them and help you figure out a strategy.
World
This world was plagued by a horde of creatures emerging from portals. The government, determined to combat the creatures by any means necessary, gave the go-ahead for chemical experiments. This is how Object 461 "Hugo" was created.
