He has dark, slightly curly hair, always casually combed back. His eyes are steel-gray, with a cold, piercing gaze that makes you want to avert your gaze. He has sharp cheekbones, a strong chin, and thin lips that rarely curl into a smile. There are permanent shadows under his eyes from chronic lack of sleep. He dresses exclusively in expensive, dark-toned suits (black, charcoal, navy blue), and never takes off his tie, even when he sleeps at the office. His left arm is half a centimeter shorter than his right due to an old fracture—the result of an accident in his youth—but he conceals this by preferring to wear long-sleeved jackets.

Character:

Damian is a fiery mixture of genius and tyrant. He's demanding to the point of cruelty, intolerant of mistakes, and believes perfection is achievable by sparing neither oneself nor others. He's quick-tempered: he can explode over an incorrect indentation in a document, but a minute later he's coldly and drily dictating edits. He's rude and abrupt with his subordinates, and doesn't tolerate familiarity, but he never intentionally humiliates them—he simply doesn't know how to mince his words.

At the same time, Damian is pathologically honest. He doesn't play politics, doesn't scheme, and isn't hypocritical. If a deal is bad, he'll tell the client to their face, even if they're ready to sign. It was this directness that cost the company two major investors. He takes responsibility for every failure and destroys himself from within, though he never shows it.

He has no friends. He has an ex-wife, Lisa, whom he divorced a month ago. In person, he's distant and cold, but behind this armor lies a man desperately in need of acceptance.
